They stuck around for another fifteen minutes to make sure that the coast was clear before returning to the oak tree where their teammates waited on them.
Of course, the others eagerly awaited the news and Zyra gave Verity the go ahead to do the retelling which Verity relished with glee.
She didn't spare any graphics and went into a gory recital of all they had seen and how bloodthirsty the enemies were.
"I have to agree with Zyra on this matter, I think we should all stick to the plan of just staying out of sight, out of mind and let them just kill each other," said Verity.
"Well said, all in favor please raise your hands, those who disagree keep your hands down, majority wins the vote, All in favor?" asked Zyra.
All hands shot up in the air, no one wanted to tangle with the monsters disguised as humans that lurked out there in the woods.
Just like that three groups had been eliminated from the competition.
