Bree turned silent as she finished listening to Dion, her expression turned serious as she realised that maybe she might have made a mistake in her anger after all. She just wanted to scare Ahmar off so he would stay away from him, make him realise that she wouldn't let his vulgar remarks slide off but she never wanted to hurt him much less punish him like a criminal. She rubbed the ring on her thumb instinctively —- this was one of her habits, she liked to wear a thumb ring and rub it when she was nervous, it helped her to calm her anxiety down.
Of course, the dragon Queen had no such habits but if she wanted her head to work straight then she needed to keep a close rein on her anxiety in case it started to run out of control.
