[March,5th, 2030.]
Dear diary,
I've been in this forest for a god damn month!
Kai doesn't know what he's doing and last time he tried to give me a giant centipede for dinner!
Though it's not all that bad I got better at magic recently and now I can summon at most three full thunderstorms without passing out completely.
Lumi's been a bit quiet though not running around as much as she used to. Maybe something happened?.

"I've been meaning to ask something." Kai looks over to Astra as they both try to get out of the forest.
Astra looked out of her book and at Kai, "what's up."
"Why do you put down the numbers 2030 every time?" Kai felt a chill go down his spine when he saw Astra's cold stare.
"You've been reading this?" She asked.
"No no no of course not I just….I see the same number every time and…..nevermind."
Most of the walk was silent enough that you could hear the grass rustle and the slow chirping of the birds.
"It's the year-" Astra mumbled.
"Huh?" Kai turned to her and didn't quite catch what she said.
"It's the current date…. In my home." Astra said a bit louder.
'How does that work the current year is 1456-' Kai thought to himself but he didn't say it outloud thinking it might insult her.
...
The rest of the walk went silent and no one said anything.
"I met a girl…" Astra said out of the blue..there was a long awkward pause between the two of them before Kai finally decided to break the silence.
"Oh uh.. good for you-" He was cut off by Astra.
"She liked books like me…..and I got this weird one with a number on it."

"So…number 2…huh." Ari looked at a book with the same cover as the book Astra has.
She flipped through the pages and most of it seemed blank.

"That's all?" Ari kept scrolling through the pages to find a map on the back of the book.
There were 6 X's, one of them seemed to be constantly moving.
"Weird….."
