The passageway was damp and crowded.
There was a certain smell that you can never forget when you entered, almost like mold but worse.
"I never thought in all my days I'd see another human walking this part of the world."
The man chuckled to himself.
"So sir .. collector-" Kai tried to initiate a conversation.
"Please call me Gerald. It's not my actual name but it is less tedious to say."
"ok... Gerald, why are you guiding us down here."
Kai said, following the collector closely from behind.
"Well your friend here is the child of prophecy."
The man gave a grin of pure relief and happiness.
"The Child of prophecy..." Astra echoed the man holding Lumi tightly in her arms.
"Yes my feminine friend." The collector stopped at a huge metal door.
"Are you ready?"
Both Kai and Astra nodded ready and excited for what's about to happen.
The old man opened the door and what was beyond it left them awestruck.
It was a room full of trinkets and valuable looking items.
Way more valuable Than anything they saw at the cabin of curiosity but out of all the things in the room one thing stood out the most.
A book with a majestic pattern and the number two in it.
The collector reaches out his hand towards the book , taking it off its pedestal and showing our heroes who were in awe at its presence.
"This book is one of the 6 books of Azalon created by king Alexander."
"I don't understand what's so special about a book?" Kai was confused about what all the fuss was about but the collector just went on.
"The books of Azalon were made to seal the gates of heaven and hell and create a entirely new realm as a result in search for peace... the human realm ..our home." The Collector looked at Astra who was awestruck.
"Each book has their purpose but all tell a story and each book is given a name based on the story it tells, This one for example book number 4 is the book of prophecy."
He hands the book to Astra and she skimmed through the pages to see if she can find anything.
Later stopping at a series of text inscribed in the book.

"and thus the heavens and hell were conquered and my body brittle from the battle but fear not!" king Alexander said to his people.
"There will be more like a human hair white as snow and the magic to open realms even without a tome."
The citizens of the king went into a fit.
"a human?? one cant believe his ears!" an old man shouted at king Alexander.
"We just fought to get rid of them and you said that they will be back?"
But king Alexander did nothing but chuckle and said unto his people.
"Fear not for this human has a heart of gold and from which my soul will be passed on."
"Not every human is a villain and thus not every hero is a mythical creature."
"If a human were to cross the border one must not harm them or fear them but one must help them on their journey."
"For one must rely on them to close the gates of heaven and hell once more."

Astra closed the book and looked up at the collector who had a soft and gentle smile on him.
"Now the only thing that remains is for you...Astra Brager ...to answer the call."
Astra looked back at the book and back at the collector with a determined look on her face.
"I'll do it! if it gets me back home I'll save this world."
Kai looked on at Astra as proud as he could be
Lumi was wagging her tail happily jumping around.
"good." the collector smiles.
After a good while the sound of buildings crumbling and screaming could be heard outside.
Trevor quickly ran to the door.
"Collector someone's attacking our village spreading some talk about lord anarue!"

Noelle looked at one of the books she had acquired from her rain in recent towns and saw three books nearby, one in the cabinet of curiosity and two far below the ground in a random shack.
"They're here! hunt them down my minions!"
The monsters started to cause havoc on the village, everyone was running for their lives but hardly any were spared.
