The Hall of Enlightenment served as a repository for ancient texts, scrolls, and artifacts containing valuable knowledge on the focusing arts, the history of the Tide Hall, and the history of the Kalavan Deep in general.
There were hundreds of thousands precious scrolls preserved in the hall of enlightenment, some dated back for as far as a thousand years, keeping records that were lost even to the royal family.
Some of these scrolls recorded long forgotten focusing arts, and long lost languages, all of which were priceless. It was the home to the greatest archive in all the empire and held vast knowledge that could not be found anywhere else.
Without the hall of enlightenment, thousands of precious information would have long been lost, as such it was not out of place that the hall of enlightenment was the first amongst the ten Tide Halls.
