Ezumi woke up to the sun hitting his eyes and remembered he was dead for quite a long time, why would he be alive now? after a long time of thinking he realized that maybe he was summoned, he thought 'huh...why would anyone... summon me?' a while passed by and he slowly sat upright and looked around at where he was now.
he was in the middle of a forest on a flat stone, he noticed there was a trace of almost unnoticeable magic around him, his head begun to hurt then he thought 'so I guess you intentionally summoned me... and the body I'm in now... is yours isn't it?.' he said while looking up at a figure that's been watching him from the moment he woke up.
the figure was now already faint and can barely be seen. the figure waved his hand and pointed at a scroll tied to a tree branch, the figure swiftly ran towards him and went into him. Ezumi's head begun to hurt more and more by the figure's dark aura and streams of memories began to appear in his head. A woman hitting him over and over again, a man taking the things in his small house and a boy that always abused him. The person the three of them targeted was always the same person. These were the memories of the figure that was Infront of him a while ago and was now back to where it was standing.
Ezumi thought 'so what about them?...' while he looked at the figure that was already almost disappearing the figure then looked at the scroll on the branch and left him two words, the words were 'kill them' before the figure vanished into thin air.
'ah... so that's why you summoned me, you want me to kill them.. then where are they? you've already disappeared without giving me any useful information... this is so annoying' after Ezumi thought all that, he stood up and immediately spread his magic out and said "if you want me to kill them you should've at least given me a.." before he finished talking he realized the figure was pointing out at something earlier, he immediately turned around and as expected the scroll was still at the branch while a black ribbon was tied to it connecting the scroll and the branch.
He then redraw his magic and walked towards the tree, he untied the ribbon and opened the scroll then almost immediately dark aura bursted out from the scroll. The dark aura the scroll let out was a signal to sign the contract that the summoned soul made with the summoner's soul. Their contract was specifically like this.
Soul Binding Contract
the summoner's soul will only be at peace when it's wishes are complete, if the summoned spirit cannot finish the task before the body continues to rot, the summoned spirit can never obtain a physical body or life again, and the summoner's soul will continue to hunt the place it had first selected. If the summoned spirit can complete it's task on killing the people the summoner has shown, the body will not rot but will still continue to grow old and then finally the summoner's soul can obtain peace.
the duration of this contract is 10 days.

'...how fun, I get to finish a mission from a soul, but with my body rotting?? Also wasn't I the one that made this?.. was the book that I wrote in given to this person??... Oh wait, I guess not, this is just a copy of it' he then looked around again and thought for a while, he was in the middle of a forest where is he supposed to go plus the soul never told him where those people are.. he then released his magic and before he knew it he felt something from a distance, it was also magic... A strong one, an average one and five faint ones, Ezumi thought 'damn it' and stopped releasing his magic in hopes that he won't be discovered in a circle of blood holding a scroll with dark aura floating around it and immediately ran towards another place that's not in the range of these magic users, until then come back once they're unaware of him.

"Ha! and that's 5! nice one big bro! HaHa" Yami said while she rode a levitating stone pointing at one of the skulls that was burning in purple flames, she looked at her brother with a bright smile on her face and remembered something. She gave out on levitating the stone and let it fall to the ground while she slowly levitated down, Yami looked up at her brother and yelled "you know dad's been asking me about you!" she said then looked back at the skulls that looked like what they used to be; ordinary skulls. Yami looked back up and saw her brother staring at the distance she asked "what is it?".
"I think there are six of them... and one of them escaped." he said while looking back at his sister.
"huh..." she closed her eyes and let out magic all over the forest they were in, after a while she continued "I don't feel it's presence anymore though?" she said as she redraws her magic and opened her eyes.
"that's right, though I felt something strange from the distance a moment ago.. but maybe it's nothing" he said as he slowly levitated down.
As he was an inch from the ground he felt it again something strange that he had felt before.. he flinched from the nostalgic feeling, although he felt it he never paid attention to it since the last time he felt this, was quite a long long time ago.
he then looked at his sister and said "about what you said. dad's been asking about me?" Katria then said "yeah... Oh right that, Daichi, I've got two news for ya" she said while she casted a portal and reached in it and fished out bandages and walked towards the skulls.
Hearing the name 'Daichi' he said "Don't you dare call me that, I'm too old for you to call me that, either way tell me what your news are" he said quite irritated while piling up the skulls.
"haha..." she laughed nervously and continued " okay so, uh... ehem... there's one news for you to mentally prepare and one to emotionally prepare." she said while she wrapped one of the skulls in the bandage.
"then say it, I don't have time for this" he said while he levitated two skulls and wrapped them.
"well I did tell you earlier that dad's looking for you, the reason he asked me was about another marriage arrangement for you and..." Yami looked up at Daichi and noticed that his eyebrows were knitted and was quite unpleased so she stopped what she planned to say and continued with "oh but I've already told him you don't want to... ahah" she said nervously while turning her head back to look at what she was doing.
"well if you've already told him then what about the other news of your's?" after he finished talking he opened a portal and threw the skulls inside and clapped his hands to get the dust off.
Yami looked at Daichi and said sweating "oh, that... well Ayame got herself a boyfriend and uhm he's going meet mom and dad tonight..."
oh crap, he's going to shout at me, isn't he?!. She thought, but before she could prepare herself for a shouting from her brother, quite a while has passed and still he never shouted at her. she turned around only to see no one, it turns out that her brother had already casted a transportation spell and went back to the household he was raised in until he was a high schooler.
Yami seeing that she was left there "damn it" she said quietly and immediately levitated all of the skulls and wrapped them, she threw them in a portal and quickly casted a transportation spell and went after her brother.
after she left Ezumi thought 'uh... wasn't that!?... Daichi?...but an arranged marriage?' after he thought that he remembered, he died... of course it would eventually happen, he sighed and left for the city he thought 'maybe it's better if I don't bump into them again...' after he thought that he sighed again and was already walking on a road to Dawn City.
