The god reasoned with himself, then his taut muscles went lax. He had given up fighting his bindings.
For now, he must be quiet and try to solve this problem. His father can't keep him here for long.
He needs him to fight Apophis, among other things. So all he had to do was staying calm and endure it.
But his heart throbbed and his sight went misty when he remembered how sad Akila's voice sounded.
She called his name desperately, and he wanted to run to her and ease all her worries.
