"...Uh, l-listen up, human! This here is Leviathan, the Avatar of Envy. He's the third oldest of us brothers. Since his mane's sorta hard to say, you can just call him Levi! Okay then, let's move on." 'It's not THAT hard to say Leviathan, but Levi sounds like a cute name.' Mammon tried to leave, but Levi kept getting in his way and glared harder at Mammon.
"Mammon, give me back my money. Then go crawl in a hole and die." I sighed, should've known that it most likely had to do with money. 'Is this one of the possibly MANY reasons why Mammon demanded me to hand him over anything of monetary value earlier?' If Levi is this angry with Mammon, then Mammon must have borrowed money a really long time ago and still hasn't paid him back.
"Come on, I told you I'd get it to you! I just need a little more time. ...And you still want me to die even after I give it back? That's real harsh, Levi!" I felt awkward watching this family drama unfold and wanted to leave, but I didn't even know where my room is. 'I guess I will just have to wait and see how Mammon is going to handle this situation.'
"You need a little more time? How much more?" Levi's glare got more deadly and dangerous and Mammon was trying and failing to calm Levi down. "A little more, okay?! A little more means a little more!" Not trusting Mammon one bit, Levi frowned at Mammon. "You've been telling me that for the last 200 years, Mammon." I shook my head, thinking of how stupid Mammon must be. 'I am not surprised for how long a demon can live.'
"Hey, no! It hasn't been 200 years! It's been 260! Get it right, Levi!" I frowned and shook my head harder, seeing as Mammon wasn't helping his case and possibly making it worse. 'Mammon, you are a total IDIOT! Why have you STILL not paid Levi back for so long?!' "Unbelievable. Seriously Mammon, you're-" Mammon cuts Levi off, giving him a knowing look and crossing his arms over his chest. "I'm what? Scum? Is that what you're gonna say?"
Levi ignored Mammon and continued to glare at him. "-you're a lowlife and a waste of space." Mammon looked dejected after hearing this. "Hey! Come on, that's even worse!" I understand being mad because you haven't been paid back in 260 years, but I agree with Mammon that Levi's insults were a bit harsh.
"Whatever... Just give me back my money. I need it to buy the Blu-ray box set of Journey to the Devildom: The Tale of a Little She-Devil and Her Reluctant Companion. The initial round of copies includes promotional tickets to a live event as a special bonus." 'Wow, Levi is a total otaku! I wonder what anime demons like to watch, and if Levi and I can get along and become friends.' I gave Levi a smile, understanding why he would demand his money back.
"I've got no idea what you're even talking about, Levi, but it doesn't matter! Because I don't even have any money to give you. How am I supposed to give back money I don't have, huh?!" I gave Mammon a doubtful glare, thinking he does have money stashed somewhere, otherwise he was stupid for not having any money at all. Mammon glared back at me, most likely to tell me to keep my mouth shut.
"So then, you're telling me you refuse to pay me back?" I was getting a bad feeling that these two powerful demons were about to fight. I started planning an escape route and what I should do after I am safely away from danger. "...What? You looking for a fight, is that it?" I didn't know what I could do and didn't want to agitate either of them, so I stayed quiet, waiting and watching from a distance. "Listen, human. You remember my advice from before about what to do when demons attack? Well, you're about to witness that for real. So...time for you to die, because if it's either you or me, it ain't gonna be me!" When he said that, I wanted to grab Mammon by the collar of his uniform and punch him in the face.
"Hold on. I thought your advice was to either run away or-" Mammon grabbed me and flung me towards Levi before running away. "...Wh...dammit, Mammon. That ass...he ran off...! Do you realize what just happened? Mammon used you as a distraction to get away from me. ...Or maybe I should say he used you as a sacrifice." 'Oh I know, and if I see him again, I am going to seriously hurt him.'
"I'll admit that Mammon is one of the scummiest scumbags you'll ever meet...a total lowlife. But still, that was pretty dumb of you letting him use you like that." I glared at Levi, wishing he won't remind me. A moment later, I felt embarrassed to be labeled by an attractive guy.
"*sigh* This is EXACTLY why humans are- ...Wait a second. Humans... yes, that's it... Suddenly I've got an idea. Listen, are you free right now? Of course you are. You've gotta be, right? You know what? Never mind. Either way, you're coming with me." Confused and not knowing what Levi has planned, I was grabbed by Levi and dragged away to who knows where. Suddenly, my D.D.D. started ringing. I took it out to find I got a message from Mammon.
Mammon - Heya, I suddenly remembered I have some business I gotta take care of. So, if ya need something, just ask Levi.
Mammon - (^ʊ≤)∼*
Mammon - Oh, and just to make sure... Don't go around tellin' stuff to Lucifer, ya got that?
Mammon - (╬θʍθ╬)
Daisy - (╬θʍθ╬)
Mammon - („(⫏﹏⫐)„)
I put my D.D.D. back in my pocket, so ticked off at Mammon not only for ditching me but for also using me as a "sacrifice". 'If I see him again, I am so going to murder him for thinking he can just do that to me. Or should I tell Lucifer that Mammon is shirking his duties and let Lucifer murder Mammon for me?' As I am being led to who knows where I wondered what Levi was planning and what it has to do with me.
