Synopsis
"What did you say? You want to help me? Can you get married to me?" She asked him. His brows arched up together in shock. His heart ceased. She can't be serious, can she? "I am asking you something, will you marry me?" She spoke again, this time he didn't find a bit of hesitation in her voice. She seems to be sure of what she is requesting. "You need to get your mental health checked, honey," He told her. "I am totally fine, and I am in my right senses too," She answered. "Are you sure you want to get married to me? You might regret your decision," He tried to convince her to check if she wanted to change her mind. She shook her head to herself and chuckled. "I've regretted all the decisions I've made in my life, and I am optimistic this won't be worse than them, " She mumbled in an audible voice. After her sudden breakup with her boyfriend, Aditi ends up in a bar, gets drunk, and decides to marry a stranger out of her hangover state, little did she know is that; he’s smoking hot, he’s an heir of a well-known mafia gang and he's her stalker.

Chapter 1 - Prologue

{Unknown}

He ain't a stalker, he is officially assigned, a full-time escort for her, and also an assassin. He is hired to keep an eye on Aditi Sethi, all the time and to protect her from enemies. To his bad luck, she doesn't know him yet but he knows every single detail about her; from where she goes to whom she meets, what she eats to what color of panties she wears; Everything except for whether she'll like him or not If he approaches and speaks to her. The guys she had dated were no less than celebrities. And here, his one glance is sufficient to terrify the shit out of anyone, thanks to the scar which cuts through his left eyebrow down to his right bearded cheek. He hid every injury which left scars on him with tattoos, there's no place on his body that isn't inked, unfortunately, he can't do the exact one for his face. Or she would definitely not like to see him.

He glimpsed at his wristwatch. Eleven at night. It's her time to leave for home now. Finally, she came into his sight. Her soft, silky black wavy braided hair on her chest which she tied with a flower clip, in the end, sparkling brown eyes like a shine of chocolate, lips as if they made of rose petals with so much delicacy, small greek nose, and her fair skin…..if is there any definition of an angel? It's her….on top of them, her one smile has enough power to take his breath away.

He found himself, inclining the black window of his SUV car and taking off his goggles just to see her. She was sweeping off the glass window, allowing him to get a proper glimpse of her smiley face. Abruptly, she stops and looks straight in his direction, dropping the smile away from her lips, did she just see him? He didn't know but if yes, he was glad that she noticed him.

Unexpectedly, one of her female co-workers said something into her ears and she chuckled, deeply as she eyed her to shut her mouth up, playfully. And they strolled out. She came out with her handbag, ready to leave as she headed for the bus station, he began to drive his car slowly, following her.

Thankfully, the last bus was still there near the bus stand and she caught it before it left her there. As the bus started to move down the street, she took the very last window seat. It's her favorite place to watch the silent city comfortably as she likes to read books there peacefully too while passing along the way.

She loosened the window's hook, and pushed it up, feeling a cold breeze brushing her cheeks. She was feeling joyous, free from stress and tiredness. She brought her phone out from her purse and decided to take a few selfies and send them to her boyfriend. She giggled, giving a pose for her selfie when she noticed something in her phone's camera. Isn't he the same person? She asked herself. She isn't stupid not to recognize his presence around her lately, she has seen the same car many times outside of the cafe, sometimes even outside of her college, she got a hint, that the owner of the car is following her everywhere. She has no single clue about who he is or how he even looks.

Now the question was, "Why she?"

She overhauled her sitting position, pretending she never saw him. However, she wasn't able to ignore the chilly shudder running through her skin. A stranger is trying to pursue her, she was scared, that anyone would be if they were in her place.

Delivering tons of messages to her boyfriend, Kevin about a stranger she just witnessed, she hoped to reach her apartment quickly or she is just assuming things. She abruptly noticed the car was now driving along with her bus, her heart which had managed to stay calm till now began to run to her throat in fear.

She closes her eyes, hoping it was all a bad dream when she reopened them. She tried to catch a glimpse of him because of the dark windows of his SUV, but she didn't find it. As the car runs, crossing her bus, he vanishes into the thin air in the darkness of night streets. She suddenly felt relief wash over her. Maybe I was overthinking? He might be a local person, She thought.

After some time, reaching her apartment, she tossed her stuff on the table while making her way through the living room to her bedroom. Looking at the running fan, television, and heater, Kevin forgot to turn them off, so much electricity wasted, even the mess of trash and clothes scattered all over which led to her room, she advanced in, finding Kevin laying almost lifelessly on their bed, many empty alcohol bottles were near him.

Aditi is exhausted by his behavior, he gets drunk without occasion, keeps things neglected, sleeps with dirty shoes on. She walks up to him and puts his hovering legs over the bed, taking off his shoes too, she pulls a blanket on him and heads towards the bathroom.

Meanwhile, he rented an apartment, right in front of Aditi's, just a few meters away in another building. He can't leave a chance of keeping watch on her every move till she falls asleep. He took out a binocular from his drawer and adjusted its angle so he could see properly. She came out of her bathroom in a towel wrapped up her torso that she supported by one hand so it couldn't slip off.

He was getting aroused by seeing her like this, her wet hair still dripping water droplets, her both chest and hips curves were observable through it. She tugged one edge of towel in another as she sat in front of the dresser, doing her skincare routine. She got up, dropping the towel on the floor, making her naked body exposed to his binoculars. She was checking out her body in the mirror, kept changing her positions to make sure she isn't gaining weight from any side.

He sucked his breath in as her perfectly round hips and peaches shaped breast came into his sights. He bulged down there. "How cutely sexy," He mumbled to himself.

When she was done, she got up and walked over to her closet, drawing out her bunny pajamas. He would be lying if he said he wouldn't be disappointed with her wearing clothes again. He could precisely watch her like this, all day and wouldn't get tired of it.

Although he got upset when he realized that the bastard laying on her bed touched her stunning body, which is supposed to be his only. He gets to see it, touches it, fuck it every day unlike him, who has to watch her from afar. He felt jealousy burning in his heart. He doesn't deserve her, he knew it quite well, nor did that bastard.

"What is she doing to me?" He asks, keeping his binoculars away. Why is he feeling so obsessed with her?
