The drive back to the Silva forest was a little fraught with tension. Henry hadn't brought Layla back herself, he had sent her in a car with two of his wolves. And though they were kind enough, and this was nothing like the last time, Layla found that she just couldn't relax.
She had heard all of Henry's arguments the night before, and she understood the sense behind them. She also knew that Henry knew Auburn the best, that he would be able to anticipate his actions and movements much better than Layla ever could. So she knew that if Henry thought that her going back to Silva was the best thing for her and her pack, then it really was the best thing for her to do. But she couldn't help but imagine what had happened the last time that she had come back to Silva forest.
