Lin Hao chose to take a more cautious approach, he spent some time with Fu Mei discussing the power she had developed upon touching the cube.
Her power was an elemental based one like Lin Hao's.
Lin Hao had explained various ways for her to apply the power in the same manner to him, but water could not compare to the destructive power of raw molten lava.
So she would have to think of more creative usages for it on her own.
Richie in the mean time spent almost an hour "forging" various equipment for the party to use.
"Alright guys come take a look at this."
In front of Fu Mei and Lin Hao was a large array of different armor pieces that Richie had managed to craft.
Each of them surprisingly immaculate for a man who knew absolutely nothing about forging things together.
Lin Hao began to put some of the armor on his body, now beginning to resemble a golden armored knight due to the coloring of the armor he was wearing.
Fu Mei to contrast picked up something even lighter, and easier to move around in.
"Richie, you can make weapon's right?" Lin Hao asked. Richie then whipped out a long hammer, "Yep! It's kind of hard, but I can certainly keep it up." Lin Hao thought on what weapon would be best for him to wield in this world.
He would need something that he could grow in proficiency in, without it being too clunky to wield. But it couldn't be too small, or fragile of a weapon to clash against others with.
"What about a Glaive?" Lin Hao asked. Richie then concentrated to attempt to forge it. A long, golden glaive beginning to manifest within his hands as he concentrated.
"Done." Richie handed it over to Lin Hao, who upon picking it up had a notification appear.

Lin Hao held the weapon seamlessly in his hands. With all the gold covering his body, he appeared like a strange warrior out of myth.
He picked a Glaive for a good reason, it was the fabled weapon of Guan Yu.
He thought that if he would pursue heroics in this world, he might as well take inspiration from a famed man he knew of.
A glaive was a versatile weapon, it had a long reach and could be maneuvered in a variety of ways.
It was just a matter of getting used to actually swinging it.
Richie's power was presenting a large advantage to Lin Hao's party already, they were able to pick up armor and weapon's that wouldn't break as easily.
"What kind of weapon should I use Lin Hao?" Fu Mei asked him, Lin Hao thought for a moment.
Fu Mei might struggle to fight someone up close unlike himself, she should use something that doesn't require her to be close to an enemy.
"Ah Richie. Why not make her a crossbow?" A crossbow was a safe bet, it could be loaded quickly and fired over and over again.
After a few minutes of waiting for Richie's stamina to recover, he created a crossbow and a set of bolts for Fu Mei to use.
"Alright, is everybody ready for this?" Lin Hao asked, the two nodding. "Ready whenever you are Lin Hao!' Richie shouted, almost giving them away to whoever was nearby.
Fu Mei, despite being a pacifist was tempted to shoot him right there.
Lin Hao led the pair to the back entrance the cultists had told him of.
This specific entry way would lead into the prison, where their victims were kept in shackles. Lin Hao brandished his newly obtained glaive with confidence. This would be the first official fight the group had begun on their own accord.
As they got close to the entrance, a quest window manifested in front of all three of them.
