Immediately she got into the mansion, she went straight to the kitchen and she met a maid there doing the cooking. The maid was so engrossed in the task he was performing that she hadn't noticed her entrance. Xana shrugged like she didn't care about anything and she went straight to the fridge to get some water. When she took the water and closed the fridge back, she leaned against it and she pretended she was drinking the water.
Meanwhile, she was merely waiting until the maid would notice her. She knew the exact moment the maid spotted her because her eyes rounded widely and she gasped in shock. Xana fixed her eyes on the maid and she looked down immediately. Good, Xana thought. Now, she would be able to ask the maid whatever she wanted and she wouldn't think anything about it.
"My lady, everyone has been looking for you everywhere." The maid told her.
Everyone? Does that include Adam?
"Everyone? Did Adam look too?" She asked the maid.
