FLASHBACK
Jacob's POV
Seeing the blood flow from my palm, I decided to test the waters but before I could say anything, I saw Sis turning to me with hunger in her eyes. Seeing that look in her eyes send shivers down my spine and immediately I decided against it.
" Ouch! It's hurting. ", I cried out and immediately covered my palm to hide the blood from her.
It was clear that my cry broke whatever effect she was in and immediately she diverted her eyes. It looked as if she had stopped breathing too but I was not sure about that.
Still maintaining the same composure, she spoke to me.
" You should have been careful Jacob. Now go and put some bandaid on it. ", she said and instantly walked out of the kitchen without even looking at me.
However I saw that when she walked, her legs were shaking.
" Sis, are you not going to look at it? It is hurting. ", I asked making her stop.
Still she did not even turn to look at me but still stood there like a rock.
