The City smelt of prosperity and riches.
A few luxurious cars with different shapes could be seen on the large roads. Some of the cars has the shapes of animals, some had the shapes of normal cars, while others took weird shapes.
Skyscrapers competed with each other in height as you could rarely see story buildings, let alone bungalows.
It was clear that only the wealthy lives here as you would never see a beggar, a road trader, taxi drivers and hawkers on the streets or roads of the Capital.
The weather is said to be mild– not hot, and not cold, all year round. Reason why Povichians cannot live in other countries for too long, else their bodies will not be able to take the climate change and they would end up causing harm to their health.
Unlike Vicky who was taken away from childhood and also got a unique blood, she was able to live through China's weather after getting intense care.
