"Dean MacDonald!" Henrietta shrieked, terrifyingly.
Recklessly, she dashed toward him and Princeton pursued after as they both quelled to stave him off.
Dean Macdonald curtailed, he groaned in ache as he lift a brow at them. His eyes grew strangely dark and his face faded as if he's discerned something ghostly.
"What's wrong, Dean Macdonald?" Princeton asked worriedly.
"Are you sick, sir?" Henrietta quizzed in anxiety.
Dean Macdonald shook his head sideways. "No, I'm fine," he murmured in reply.
Princeton breathed in relief, he dragged his feet from the speck and so was Henrietta. They both stood at their initial spot while Dean Macdonald battled to regulate himself.
"Is Sapphire truly Liam Armstrong's daughter?" He inquired forthwith, his eyes clenched in so much eagerness to hear the truth from them.
Henrietta curled her lips in pressure, she glimpsed over at Princeton as she gave the answer. "Yes, she is, Dean Macdonald,"
"Huh? Then if she is... Why couldn't I access her soul? I felt as if my magic wrecked roughly into a wall when I attempted to read her," Dean Macdonald inwardly thought.
"You both leave, I wish to be alone," Dean Macdonald lord over, stroking his forehead as he was in distress.
"And Sapphire?" Princeton asked, impatiently.
At that moment, Lady Daphne and Master Morton rudely barged into the Dean's office. They appeared panicking and occurred to be in intense haste.
"Dean Macdonald, there's an urgency. A male descendant was mysteriously found dead inside the greenhouse!" Lady Daphne reported frantically.
"What?!" Dean Macdonald growls in consternation, he sprang from his seat as if his butt were on fire.
"It's outlawed?!" Princeton raised a question, he was startled at her sole divulging.
"It's not outlawed," Master Morton replies.
"I restored the magical portal, the academy is obscured from the world the very moment it was mysteriously opened, there's no way it could be outlawed," Dean Macdonald said, his face contorted in gloominess.
"The deceased student doesn't seem to look as if he's killed by an outlawed creature, it appears to be like the work of an assassin or something," Lady Daphne deciphered.
Her sole statement pivoted the atmosphere into a strained silence, cold chills drove down everyone's spine as they worry over the case. The academy is under attack, and no one could fish out who the anonymous manipulator is.
"The students must not know, I don't want any glint of commotion," Dean Macdonald warned authoritatively.
"Yes sir!" They replied in unison.
"Good. I wish to see this horrible occurrence myself, Lady Daphne," Dean Macdonald said.
"Sure! This way sir!" Lady Daphne agreed, gesturing her hand towards the door.
"Dean Macdonald, Sapphire?" Henrietta suddenly muttered and Dean Macdonald quickly curled to her.
"She's staying on my approval," he affirmed, and then, he left his office.
Master Morton and Lady Daphne shared a look before trailing after him, Princeton and Henrietta watched them leave and the door closed.
"Phew! That was relieving," Henrietta breathed, and Princeton simply nods.
"I will go to her now, Alpha Princeton," she told him.
"Okay, I will go to my room then," Princeton said and they both took off from the Dean's office.
Momentarily, they both got to the dual-arced hallway, and Henrietta curtailed.
"Is Peter back?" she asked, nervously.
"I think he should be," Princeton replied and she briefly nods.
"Do I go see him? What if he kicks me out again?" she thought sadly.
"Okay, here's the path we get to depart. Make sure Sapphire is comfortable, okay?" Princeton instructed, concerningly.
"Sure, I will," Henrietta ensured with a grin and then, she watched him take the west path.
She paused, watching his back till he went out of sight. Accordingly, she proceeded toward the right aisle which lead her out of the building and she joined Sapphire who was still standing, alone.
"What kept you long?" Sapphire muttered on seeing her.
Henrietta stood in front of her, her face smiling amusingly which caused Sapphire to be taken aback.
"Why are you... Smiling?" She asked forthwith, her eyelashes furrowing at the smiling lady in front of her.
"I never knew you like an open book, I always see you as that lone girl who wouldn't want to get herself engaged to the world. What Audrey changed you?" Henrietta solicited curiously.
"Nothing," Sapphire replied, pursing her lips.
"I can tell that's a white lie, anyway it's fine. Sorry for keeping you waiting, Let's go inside, Dean Macdonald gave his approval for your stay," Henrietta disclosed excitedly.
At first, Sapphire was reluctant with the revelation. Even though she feels comforted inside the academy walls and she felt like she belongs here. However, she doesn't wish to inhabit its abode.
Having no other choice than to heed, Sapphire proceeded with Henrietta, they both strode into the ineffable building which appeared more like a castle.
"It's extremely extraordinary in here," Sapphire sputtered in awe.
Her eyes roam everywhere in admiration as she takes in every beauty of the place. Strangely, she never felt incongruous with the climate looming over her.
"Sure it is, that's why every descendant never wishes to leave this place one day," Henrietta said.
"Wait, I don't seem to understand. I mean... The supernatural and descendant, everything!"
"You will, Sapphire. Don't worry, I will explain it all to you later," Henrietta promised.
Shortly, they reached a spacious scenery that was been overcrowded with miscellaneous students.
Occasional guys stood in two to three groups, engrossing themselves in various discussions of their own. A few girls straddled around every table, drinking and fiddling with their magic which was accompanied by boisterous laughter and giggles that replenished the air.
"This is the recreation center, every student gets to hang around in here if they are free from their assigned duties," Henrietta explained, and Sapphire nodded to her words as they walked into the spot.
Every eye curled toward their direction, every head rubbernecked to the human in their midst as they whisper and grumbled endlessly.
*She's the human, I can't believe she's entitled to stay in here!* One of the guys growls to his friends.
*She's weak, I will make certain she leaves the academy* another chipped in lowly.
Henrietta scoffed dramatically as she leaned at Sapphire who felt extremely uneasy. "Don't give an ear to their sayings, fighting and bullying is the number one prohibition in the academy," she confided.
"Hm!" Sapphire managed to hum, and they proceeded to walk away from the place.
At the far end of the recreation center, Sapphire's eyes caught sight of a teen girl who stood alone at the far end of the room. Her hair was emerald green, and she appears creepy with her pale eyes —they both oddly locked gazes at each other.
"What's she doing in here?! She was kicked out by the Dean!" A voice growled unbelievably and it turns out to be Naomi as she boiled into the opening with her squad.
Sapphire halted and so was Henrietta, who whirled her eyes in frustration as she stings her itching brows.
"Dean Macdonald gave her his approval, so she's staying!" Henrietta snapped.
"I wasn't talking to you, witch!" Naomi snarls at her, she cat-walked bitchily toward them.
Her eyes narrowed, and her fists tightened as she got to Sapphire. Meanwhile, everyone was tight-lipped as they watched the ongoing drama in front of them.
"And besides, I'm certain your kitty friend here has her voice to reply to my question," Naomi ridiculed.
She loosen her fists as she crossed her arms gallantry across her chest, with a stern face.
"I don't have anything to say to you, Naomi," Sapphire retorted, coldly.
"Your lips are not worthy to say my name!" Naomi snapped at her, she sounded deranged which she was.
"Oh, sorry. I never notice what a crabby name you got," Sapphire muttered.
Henrietta immediately chuckled, she was extremely pleased on seeing how Sapphire zipped her tongue back at Naomi.
"WHOA!" The guys squealed a peal of laughter, maniacally at Sapphire's words.
"Naomi, the human said your name is crabby," One of the guys remarked and again, the guys all sniggered boisterously.
"You will pay for this, Sapphire," Naomi warns, grinning tightly.
She angrily stomped her foot on the floor, and made an annoying "Hm!" Sound with her throat before seething out of the sight with her friends.
"That's wreaking, Sapphire!" Henrietta nudged her shoulder which elicited a slight smile from Sapphire.
"Come on, let's go already," she gestures and, they left.
Momentarily, they got to the feminine dormitory and stood at a door. Henrietta rattled with the knob while Sapphire glimpsed at the elevated top of the door which was inscribed. "OS 25" on it.
Henrietta went inside and Sapphire follows suit. In a hurry, Henrietta brisk towards the table on the left side of the room to search for something important to her.
Meanwhile, Sapphire simply stood in the middle of the room as she began to take in the view of the room. However, that was cut short by a wild scream which made her greatly flinch.
"Henrietta!!" A voice sumptuously yelled, and a young brunette emerged from the only door in the room.
She donned red fiery lingerie, her palms clenched with two plates of green plants and her hair looks awfully unkempt.
"Evergreen," Henrietta groaned her name, not sparing her a glance as she continuously jostled among the books on the table.
"Who's she?" Evergreen asked, taking a few strides toward Sapphire as she kept on admiring her blue hair which made her stand out.
Sapphire took a step back frighteningly, the young lady who comes out to be stark raving crazy looked as if she's suffering from a mental ailment.
"Evergreen this is Sapphire, my... Friend! And Sapphire this is evergreen, Princeton kid sister," Henrietta introduced as she departs from the table and strode towards the ladies.
"Huh?" Sapphire breathes, shockingly.
She doesn't why but she couldn't help but to be astonished. Princeton do have a sister?
"I'm nineteen, Henrietta. The word younger sister will be preferable, Never use the word kid ever again because it makes me look like a juvenile," Evergreen warned, feigning a glare as she shot Henrietta deadly daggers.
"She's crazy," Henrietta mutters to Sapphire who chuckled at her words.
"Fu..." Violet abruptly curtails her words as she quickly bites her lips.
"Cat got your tongue? Don't tell me you suddenly forgotten that the F word is not permitted in the academy," Henrietta mocked.
"I'd be right back, spare me a moment!" Evergreen says embarrassingly as she skipped toward the other door which leads to the bathroom.
The girls laughed uncontrollably, as they watched her dart sheepishly into the bathroom.

Inside the greenhouse...
Dean Macdonald squatted as he scrutinized disgustingly at the deceased student whose abdomen was brutally slashed, his belly items spurted out shamelessly and his blood streamed freely on the floors.
The murderer did a horrendous job, leaving no trace.
Master Morton could be seen standing behind Dean Macdonald with a revulsion expression, while Lady Daphne was beside him as she clamped her snout from inhaling the deadly smells.
"Master Morton, get this cleaned up," Dean Macdonald ordered.
"Yes, Dean Macdonald," Master Morton replied, and Dean Macdonald zoomed out of the greenhouse.
Lady Daphne playfully nudged Master Morton's shoulder, and then, went after Dean Macdonald.
"The academy is under attack," Lady Daphne breathed out as she got to him.
"Certainly, it is." Dean Macdonald concurs. "And things are getting more crucial, the outlawed are increasing in numbers every day. I'm afraid the academy might not be able to hold them back one day," he lamented.
"Don't talk like that Macdonald, you have personally drilled these supernatural for a day like this. I'm confident we will withstand the outlawed. But then, I'm extremely curious about something," Lady Daphne said.
"What?" Dean Macdonald asked.
"The outlawed were banished from the world, right? Then, how we're the outlawed released from the underworld?" She raised a question, confiscated.
Dean Macdonald abruptly thwarted on his track, he wrinkled his face as he tilts his head at her.
"I'm curious as well, Lady Daphne," he muttered, restlessly.
