Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 Good Girl

Arnold Simmons looked down at the young girl in front of him, his eyes filled with an inexplicable meaning. The corner of his mouth lifted into a smile that no longer contained the mockery of earlier. He extended the burning cigarette in his hand towards the girl, his voice somewhat hoarse, "Do you smoke?"

"Mr. Simmons, I'm a good girl." Hannah replied with a sweet smile, her voice soft as cotton candy and drawn out at the end. Despite this, her actions were nothing but meticulous.

The faint touch of her warm fingertips began to spread from his arm to his chest, like the sting of a blazing hot needle piercing his skin, penetrating his throbbing heart.

It came quickly, and disappeared just as rapidly, leaving behind a lingering warmth imprinted on his heart.

Adorned in a black, short waist-tightening dress that accentuated her perfect figure, and the coexistence of sexiness and innocence on her face. However, the cigarette pressed in her hand seemed somewhat out of place.

The girl parted her cherry lips and copied Arnold's posture, exhaling smoke which for a moment blurred her eyes. Her movements, the light red trace left by her lips on the cigarette, altogether conveyed an immature seductiveness.

She was extraordinarily charming.

The surroundings were dim and quiet.

In Arnold's eyes, only the girl's face and her eyes shone, as if they had condensed thousands of stars, extremely dazzling.

Beauty is as distant as a cloud.

Arnold Simmons looked quietly, and suddenly felt that his previous perception of the girl might need to be changed.

Just a moment later, the girl couldn't help but cough a little, tears welling up in her eyes.

He chuckled softly, took the cigarette from her slender fingers, expertly tapped off the ash, and finished off the last puff before extinguishing it in an ashtray on the side.

Arnold Simmons extended a matte black business card.

The business card was monotonous, with only the character "Simmons" and a telephone number on it. His voice was low and magnetic, slightly rough from having smoked, and his words held a deeper meaning, "Mid-hill Courtyard number 96."

"You are not stupid, just horrendously bad at choosing men." With these ambiguous words, Arnold Simmons turned and left.

Hannah was taken aback, and only after a while did she understand, "Was he insulting me?"

Jinlian nodded and replied quietly, "It seems so…."

Hannah replied: "...But I think he was also insulting himself. After all, I still ended up choosing him, didn't I?"

Jinlian was merely an artificial intelligence assigned randomly by the Stellar Anchor system to Hannah. Despite it being the year 798 in this interstellar era where technology was highly developed, an AI like Jinlian still found it difficult to fathom human emotions.

However, there was one thing it knew: its owner was relentlessly striving to induce love in the outdated male leads through her relentless efforts.

Jinlian coughed awkwardly. Just as it was about to ask its owner about her next move, Louis Snyder was already approaching from a distance.

When Louis Snyder walked towards their direction, he saw Arnold Simmons coming from Hannah's direction, and he recognized him.

Although this man had barely spoken during the entire party, judging by the attitudes of the rich second-generation men at the party, this man's status was certainly far above everyone else's.

He heard these rich second-generation men respectfully call the man Second Master Simmons.

He moved aside and made way, not daring to approach casually to greet him.
