I sat on my sofa in my Robe looking out the
Floor to ceiling windows in my Penthouse. Tomorrow is the day we take the blood Oath and I still need a loophole and I still don't have one! Jasper and I are both royally fucked if I don't find a way. Blood oaths were tricky business, and it was not something used lightly. Nathan knew that it wouldn't affect him as much as us so whatever he was looking for was important and top secret.
I scribble in the notebook I have next to me .... then I crossed it all out. make it too vague and he can take advantage, too strict and he will think I'm hiding something. Nathan is a dick for springing this on me last minute. He did say Jasper would be part of this too. It had been at least five or six years since I saw him and until now, I had been away managing another coalition base under Nathan's supervision. I started out my thoughts as my phone rang and jaspers contact came across the screen.
