Inara was analyzing a report with the King when they heard the sound of the warning bell.
"What is going on?" The king asked.
"I'm not sure but I'll quickly see to it, your Majesty." She bowed and hurriedly left.
She left not because she was concerned with whatever was going on in the palace or whatever intruders had entered the palace but because she was worried that I might get caught.
Meanwhile, we were almost surrendered at the dungeon but we were a little lucky that the only one to arrive first was just one knight, the crown guard.
"Not so fast Princess." The King's crown guard stood right at the very entrance of the cell with his sword ready to shed blood. Luckily for me, I had no sword and looked totally unarmed but my daggers were tucked into different parts of my body.
