"Good Morrow your Majesty" said Wura as she smiled as she walked into the dining room as Nora followed behind her with her head bowed down to the ground.
"Good Morrow my dear" said Alaric as he turned to the entrance of the dining room and he smiled at Wura who was walking to the dining table.
Liam stood up and he pulled out a dining chair right next to him for Wura to sit on.
"Thank you" said Wura as she turned to look at Liam and she smiled and Liam smiled back at her as she sat down and he pushed in her chair for her as he sat back down in his seat.
"Good Morrow your Majesty, Good Morrow your highness" said Nora as she stood behind Wura and she briefly bowed and greeted Liam and Alaric.
"Good Morrow" said Alaric as he smiled at Nora as she turned to look away from him.
Liam did not say anything seeing as he had already greeted her this morning when Lady Marli had recommended her to be the personal maid of Wura.
"Nora you may go and have your own breakfast now, I will send for you when I need you" said Wura as she turned to look at Nora as she smiled.
"Alright my princess" said Nora as she nodded her head.
"Please excuse me your highnesses" said Nora as she bowed her head and she left the dining room.
Wura turned to Liam and she smiled, and he smiled back at her, he wondered just how long she would stay in this happy mood for, before she showed him her true colours once again.
Oh well, not that Liam was complaining of Wura's happiness at all, he actually liked her when she smiled to brightly at him, so he was just going to enjoy this mood of hers till it ended, so he just sipped his tea as he waited for his father to eat first.
"How was your first night in the Castle my dear??" asked Alaric as he turned to look at Wura and she looked at him and smiled.
"It was very good your majesty, thank you for asking" said Wura as she smiled, Alaric was such a nice man, while his son on the other hand was something else entirely.
"I am glad that it was good my dear" said Alaric as he smiled.
"And I hope that everyone has been treating you well so far??" asked Alaric.
"So far everyone has been nothing but nice to me" said Wura as she smiled.
"I am glad to hear that my dear" said Alaric as he smiled.
"And have you and Liam by any chance… settled in yet??" asked Alaric as he winked and Liam almost choked on his tea as he was drinking it and he began to cough.
"Father *cough*, *cough*" said Liam as he coughed, he could not believe that his father was uttering such… such inappropriate things with his mouth.
Wura turned to look at Liam, she was worried due to the way he was coughing.
"Are you alright??" she asked as she looked at him.
"Yes, *Cough*, Yes I am" said Liam as he coughed one last time to clear his throat.
"Father, how can you ask such at this time??" asked Liam as he turned to look at his father with a warning gaze.
"Well can you blame me my son?? You are only a man after all" said Alaric.
"And besides, I heard that you woke up very early this morning, and I believe that I have an idea of where it is that you went" said Alaric as he looked at Liam and Wura both suggestively.
Alaric was not stupid, what else would wake up a man in the early morning except for a woman.
Liam face-palmed himself, his father was just too much, and he did not even care as to spare Wura from his insinuations.
Wura did not know what the two men were referring to, she thought that maybe it was something between the father and son, but with the way Liam was reacting, she was sure that it was something else.
"Tell me my dear, how is my boy??" asked Alaric as he turned to look at Wura with a smile.
"Well… Umm…" said Wura as she did not know what to say.
"Father!!" cried Liam as he wanted his father to stop right this instant.
"Oh hush my boy" said Alaric as he turned back to look at Wura.
"Come on my dear, do not be scared to tell me at all" said Alaric.
"Well I do not know what to say your Majesty" said Wura as she still did not know what was going on.
"I am sure that you do" said Alaric as he smiled.
"You Majesty what exactly it is that you are referring to??" asked Wura as she decided to be sure of what he was asking her.
"You know…" said Alaric.
"No your Majesty, I do not know" said Wura truthfully.
"I am referring to…" said Alaric.
"Father!!" said Liam as he did not want his father to taint the delicate ears of Wura.
"I am referring to my boy's attitude in the bedroom" said Alaric as he paid no heed to Liam's cries.
"Oh…" said Wura as she was at a loss for words… this was just… just simply unexpected.
"*Ahem*" said Wura as she cleared her throat in embarrassment.
"I am afraid that I cannot answer that your Majesty" said Wura as she avoided eye contact with both Liam and Alaric, just what sort of question was that??
"Oh go on my dear, I can help you if he is lacking in performance" said Alaric as he winked.
"I am his father after all" said Alaric.
"That is enough" said Liam as he could not take this any longer and he stood up to walk away, he was just simply embarrassed, this was just simply too much, too much.
"My boy sit down, we are yet to eat breakfast" said Alaric as he turned to look at Liam and he smiled, and Liam sighed as he sat back down.
Wura was speechless, it was just too much, well she could not even answer Alaric's question even if she wanted to, because she and Liam had done nothing at all.
"Father" said Liam as he sighed, it was too early in the morning for this.
"Alright my boy, alright, there is no worry, I will stop" said Alaric as he laughed.
"Thank you father" said Liam as he sighed, he could not face Wura after this.
There was a strange atmosphere between the two of them, and they both avoided each other's gazes as Alaric looked at the both of them.
"Alright then, let us eat" said Alaric as he laughed.
"Yes, I am starving" said Wura as she was very embarrassed and she hoped that the food would draw away her attention from the current situation.
"And so am I" said Liam as he agreed with Wura.
If he had known that his father would be this… loud, he would have suggested that they eat breakfast without him, this was too much for him to deal with so early in the morning.
"So my dear children dig in" said Alaric as he smiled and Liam and Wura did not waster a second and they began to eat their food.
Wura smiled, she wondered how Breakfast this morning with her family would be, she was sure that they missed her as much as she missed them.
"My dear tell me" said Alaric as he drank his tea.
"How is your father?" he asked.
"He is doing well your Majesty" said Wura as she smiled.
"And your mother?" asked Alaric.
"She is doing well also your Majesty" said Wura as she smiled and Alaric smiled too, he had known Lawrence for a long time, he was there for the most part of his reign and he knew that he was a honest and just man, and he was sure that he would raise an honest and just daughter too.
Which was why he was more than happy with the union of their children, he was sure that they would have a happy home.
"And I hear that you have an Aunt?" asked Alaric.
"Yes Your Majesty, my Aunt and her husband also live together with us" said Wura as she smiled.
"Ahh that is nice" said Alaric as he smiled.
"It would seem that you are a very happy family?" asked Alaric.
"Yes Your Majesty, we are more than happy" said Wura as she smiled.
"It must be wonderful to have family, I only have my boy Liam over here" said Alaric as he turned to look at Liam who just ate in complete silence while listening to Alaric and Wura's conversation.
"Which is why I ama happy to add you to our family" said Alaric as he smiled and Wura smiled too.
"I am honoured to be" said Wura as she smiled.
"Speaking of which, how are the wedding preparations going on?" asked Alaric as Wura and Liam turned to look at each other.
