"Kitten, where are you." They both heard her voice from downstairs. Ian got up from the chair and left the room going where his mother was. Amara couldn't help but laugh at the name kitten, who calls an older man kitten.
Ian ran down the stairs and, he saw his beautiful and gorgeous mother for the first time in three years. She was as beautiful as ever, she had long brown soft hair, cherry lips, Small waist, wide hips and green eyes. The blue tight sequin dress that she was wearing made her look even more divine. "Kitten, I've been calling your name for ages now." She said dramatically. Ian was used to it his mother Lacey was always like this. "Mother how many times do I have to tell you to stop calling me that. I'm not a kid anymore." He said rolling his eyes. "OH, stop it you are my baby boy so I'll call you kitten for as long as I want to." She said folding her arms. "You do know know that he's not just your baby boy, honey he's my baby boy too." A man said from behind Lacey, he was tall, he had short black hair, icy blue eyes, he was wearing a black tuxedo with a grey scarf. His aura wasn't as Demonic as Ian's, unlike his it was calm, warm and welcoming." OH, shut up you're not the one who carried him for nine months." She said. "If I remember clearly, he was a premature baby and he was only six months when he was born so you didn't carry him for nine months." He said looking at his wife, smiling as if daring her to say something back and she did. "But I still carried him." She said looking away. "Guys stop fighting, where's my sister in law bro." A teenage girl said looking at her brother, she looked exactly like lacey the only difference was that she didn't have wide hips like hers(which made her a bit jealous of her mother but not in a bad way.)." OH uhm she's upstairs I'll go and call for her, you guys can wait in the living room okay." He said making his way to where Amara was. He found her standing near the window, she was staring at the trees that were being swayed by the wind. "They are here, and they want to see you, come on let's go and remember what I told you and do as I told you to do." He said looking at her. And she walked towards him and they both went downstairs.
When they reached the living room Amara was met by a warm hug from Lacey." OMG, OMG!! You look gorgeous, divine, captivating, enticing, alluring, I cannot think of anymore words to tell you how beautiful you are, my son really has good taste... What's your name dear." She said excitedly, lacey was an energetic woman if you weren't used to her you'd probably think that she's crazy." It's Sabrina ma'am. "She said lowering her head, she hated it, she hated not being able to tell her, her real name, to her it felt like she was ashamed of saying her name." OH come on honey, don't call me ma'am, just call me mom or mommy but don't call me mother in law, you are my daughter now okay, and why do you look so sad did my son hurt you or treat you badly, don't be afraid to tell me so that I can knock some sense into him. "She said lifting Amara's head up so that she can look deep into her eyes. But her eyes were just blank they didn't show any form of freedom and happiness nor did it show sadness they just showed nothing, Lacey noticed it and she gave her a big warm hug and that made Amara cry, for the first time since her mother died, she hadn't felt a hug like this, filled with love, it was warm and welcoming. Amara hug her tightly, crying on her chest. "Sweetie what's wrong why are you crying did my he hurt you, did someone hurt, please say something it breaks my heart to see you like this." She asked worried and she gave her son a death look, if looks could kill then he would have died a long time ago. "Mother why do you think I did something bad to her." He asked, he was a bit worried that maybe Amara might tell Lacey everything and his plans would be ruined and his mother might even call the police. As much as she loved her children she would also make sure that they would be punished if they do something illegal or hurt anyone's feelings(well if they hurt anyone's feelings, she would lecture them and afterwards she would beat the life out of them.) "Come sit down and talk to me." She said walking towards the couch and sitting down with her. "Come on tell me what's the matter, why are you crying Sabrina, don't be afraid just tell me." She asked her, she was starting to get worried, she wanted to know why she was crying but the first thing that came into her mind was that Ian might be the one that made her cried, because when it came to treating a wife he was...well not bad. "I just miss mommy." She said wiping her tears, Ian felt a sense of relief, he thought that maybe she was going to tell him everything. "You just remind me of her..." She said crying even more, talking about her mother always made her emotional, and it just made her miss her even more. "It's okay to miss your mother after moving in with your husband, why don't you give her a call, talk to her and tell her how much you miss her." She said, wiping Amara's tears. That only made her cry even more, how she wished she could call her mother and talk to her but unfortunately death took her and she can't call her she can just talk to her in her head and act as if she is there with her." I can't." She finally said. "What do you mean you can't, doesn't she want you to call her." She asked confused. "No, she's... She's not alive anymore, she's gone, my mommy is gone forever." Amara said. There was just something about lacey that made Amara feel safe and secured, she had that loving mother aura that could heal your heart in an instant. "Shhh, it's okay sweetie, I'm here for you don't cry, everything will be fine, I'm sure that your mother is watching you, I don't think that she would want to see you cry like this okay." She said hugging her again. Charles(Ian's dad) Couldn't help but get emotional, things like this always made him emotional because he didn't know what it felt like to be loved by a mother. His mother was an abusive person, his father died when he was two years old. His mother would always make him do household chores and beat him with a belt if he disobeyed her or make a small mistake. She forced him to look for a job at the age of 5, so he had to go to work every day after school, his mother said that he was the man of the house now and that he needed to bring food to the table and stop playing like a kid, even though he was a kid. When he was a teenager his mother forced him to have sex with her, telling him that's what 'real man' are supposed to do, make the women around them feel good. He felt tortured, he felt disrespected but he could not say that out loud because he was afraid of what she would do to him. So he keot quiet and found peace the day she died, her death didn't bother him at all, he just went on with his life like nothing actually happened. Because of his mother he was afraid of females because in his eyes they were all the same, he didn't have a girlfriend until he was 23 that's when he met Lacey and she changed his life, she made him see how wrong he was about women, she showed him nothing but love and she cared for him, he had never felt anything like this before and he did not want to lose it, that's why no matter what life threw bot of them they always stuck together and helped each other get back up, he was hoping that his son would find that too, this time he was sure that he had found the right girl but something told him that his son was hiding something from him from the look in his eyes when Amara cried, he looked nervous, but what could he be hiding.
