On Liam's phone's screen, an unexpected message appears. He puts down his pen and picked up his phone to check his messages.
Rose was the sender, and she asked him to meet her in the coffee shop next door. Rose sat sipping coffee in her chair, dressed casually and wearing a black cap.
Liam wears his pricey blazer and slacks to the coffee shop. The night was dark and cold, and as he entered the coffee shop, the server directed him to the path where Rose was sitting alone.
"Do you know Mr. Nam?" Rose asked as he sat alone.
"Yes, he is one of the respectful officers," Liam adds, pausing on his approach to take the coffee cup and looking at her.
"Yes, this coffee business is owned by his son. Did you realise that?" Rose says this as she takes a step back and crosses her legs.
"No, I simply admire him. I'm not familiar with his past" with a shake of his head, Liam says.
"That's excellent. So, please don't do anything stupid tomorrow at the party, since I know you're going to be one of the finest bodyguard chairman" Rose asks, her gaze drawn away from Liam.
Liam grins as he rises and walks up to Rose, getting in close and whispering, "RELAX."
He says "have a good day" as he walks out of the coffee shop, taking a few steps back. Rose remains seated in her chair, blinking her eyes incessantly.
Rose gets up quickly the next morning, while the gorgeous young man dressed in a dark navy blue suit with a pen tucked into the suit's pocket looks like a groom of the day.
Derick, dressed in a grey suit and holding a stack of papers related to the party, smiles as they stand in front of the huge mirror, his hair perfectly combed and a rolex watch on his left wrist.
"Shall we proceed, sir?" Derick inquires of Liam, who turns to face him and says, "You go ahead, I have to make a call," as Derick nods and exits the room.
"It's an honour, sir, and I hope you're having a wonderful day?" As Liam says through the phone to president Han.
"Hahaha...young guy, you do know how to treat people, which is why your father gave you such a terrific job since he realised no one else could do such a perfect job without you. We'll see you at the celebration, I'm sure" While picking his nose, President Han says.
"You rascal, drive fast," President Han says as he taps on his driver's shoulder and the driver nods while adjusting his coat.
"Are the papers ready? Sir, please verify the status. There's barely a half-hour remaining." As he confirms with Liam, Derick shouts from upstairs.
"We'll take the lead, I'm going to the control room, please check here," Liam says quietly as he enters and locks the control room.
"Please ensure that the front gate has enough guards and that the back gate has enough guards so that we may exit promptly." Derick passes the papers to the guards who have their positions printed on them.
"Is this where they're going to do business?" While looking over the computer, Liam inquires.
"Sir, do you think we can get them to deal in the auditorium or in the house?" One of the commanding officers inquires.
"No, it won't be possible," Liam responds. "We'll keep them occupied in the main house with small talks, foods, and small programmes."
"Check the invitation cards; there might be someone else who wants to come in here and make a real mess," Liam says as he exits the control room.
"Hey man, look at the table arrangements, they're really gorgeous," Derick says from upstairs.
"Yeah," Liam says as he moves his gaze to the gate and notices a breathtaking angle to enter in a white gown with a red blush on the cheeks and yet the eyes looking beautiful drawn on a simple piece of paper who was Rose.
Liam's gaze was focused on her as she walked and greeted each and every person, her hair sliding out with a smooth naked wrist with every hand movement. Liam's gaze was fixated on Rose, as if he were a child who had just discovered an entire universe for the first time.
Derick suddenly elbows Liam in the mascular chest, and Liam growls and stares him, adding, "Get to work, we have a lot of things to accomplish."
"Oh yeah, sorry," Derick says as he walks away, leaving Liam alone.
President Han and her wife arrives at the main gate, which Liam notices and greets with a wide smile as he walks down the hall to greet them in Spanish "Oh sir, look how young you guys are looking," Liam says, laughing and kissing the president's wife's hand.
While taping Liam's shoulder, the president's wife remarks, "It's an honour to meet you son after so many years."
"Ohh yes, please make yourselves at easy, the conference will be late to begin," Liam says, bowing to them to show respect before turning back to meet others.
"Do you generally look so manly or are you just like a kangaroo who simply hangs around to seem good?" Rose asks, standing in front of his face with a malicious smirk.
Liam responds with a smile, "Well, I'm delighted you dressed up and were able to enjoy the party looking so lovely. Please excuse me." Liam hastily exits the basement and climbs the stairs to grab a glass of wine to revive himself.
Rose, on the other hand, stands with a disgruntled expression on her face and downs an entire glass of wine all at once.
"Sir, it's half past six; we should begin hosting as soon as possible," Liam says, nodding to the officers' excuse and signalling them to begin the welcome party with his two fingers crossed.
"To all the best investors, we welcome you to this conference with warm and cold hands throughout the last days evolution of genes on a regular basis, however our guests today in this house are holding a special message from the supreme chairman president Han, please welcome him with your beautiful claps." While the president stands and bows, the host makes a request.
