Emilo screams in anguish and begins to rub her tied hands while Liam stands there without even giving her a second glance. "Don't try to fight back, it won't help"
Emilo asks, "You realise what would happen to you if Andrew finds out about this don't you?" as she huffs to breathe and stops rubbing her hands.
Liam says while seated on the other chair from Emilo "I couldn't give a damn. Since high school, Andrew has been a dependable buddy, so I don't mind that you're married to him."
After some time, Liam gets to his feet and offers Emilo food as she ignores him with each sneer from Liam.
"You came here, say you, to persuade me to keep Andrew at the gathering?" As he sets his meal down on the table, Liam inquires.
Liam holds a black glove in his hand and sighs, saying "it would have been better if you hadn't come here," as Emilo nods and gives him an eye.
She screams, "Don't do it Liam! You are a detective and detectives don't use guns..." As the revolver pulled the trigger and shot her stomach, Emilo's half-spoken words were interrupted by the dark blood that was dripping from her real dress in the yellow, dimly lit room.
After firing the trigger and ordering "clean up, I don't want this mess," Liam tosses the gun on the bed.
He then reaches into his pocket for a lighter and a cigarette, putting the cigarette to his lips and lighting it to prove his guilt over the murder.
The guard hands Liam the phone and says, "sir, you have a call."
"Liam? Did you hear that Andrew's wife was shot to death? Liam interrupts Michel by saying, "I did it." Liam smashes his half-burned cigarette with his sneakers after throwing it on the ground.
"What? Why?" As Michel stands up from the floor, which was covered in a jumble of photo cards with fresh entries for a future investigation, he asks.
Before Michel could respond, Liam replies, "I shall land tomorrow at South Korea to take some private business, come with me."
After sighing and sitting down on the floor once more with a scowl on his face, Michel throws his smartphone at the corner of the bed. The guard informs Liam that his passport is ready and that his flight will take off in seven hours. He then departs and arranges for bodyguards for Liam.
Rose prepares her belongings for her trip to London because she has a business there for a few days and was invited to serve as the subway runner's model for her creation of new Suen Costume outfits and jewellery.
Rose says, "Good evening aunty, I hope I didn't trouble you," as she calls her aunt. As Rose draws a deep breath and prepares to announce their trip for a few days, her aunt says, "absolutely not what's the matter?"
"So I was wondering if you guys can accompany me with a trip to London tomorrow?" Rose closed her eyes as she waited for her cherished aunt's reassuring response.
"What are you saying, Rose? We don't have enough money to travel to London right now, and in this scorching weather, we can hardly afford to eat or sleep" Aunt explains Rose in a trembling voice.
"Sorry aunt, I simply don't feel good going alone. I am investing in this trip." Rose informs with a gloomy tone in her voice.
When her aunt asks, "You sure has gone on your mother Rose, she always used to visit anywhere with us, well, it will be okay if we go right?" in a relieved tone, Rose gives her aunt a reassuring response.
Rose tells them, "sure, I'll pick you guys up tomorrow, and don't pack too many clothes because the company will be providing free clothing building," as she hangs up the phone while holding a file with information about the CNY company. Her smile develops into a light laugh and disappears in her office for the time being.
As Liam placed his dessert onto the table before answering the call, the caller ID unexpectedly appeared on his phone. "Liam, I'm sorry, but I have to leave the company for two weeks," Andrew says.
"I heard what happened. Are you seeking for another woman to take care of your child?" Liam inquires as Andrew breaks down in tears.
Andrew doesn't respond to his query as he sobs and adds, "I'm sorry," while trembling "I'm such a fool to have left my wife at the gambling casino because I don't know if she would have made a better supervisor for the gathering than I would have as her last wish was working with me. Sorry, Liam."
Liam remarks sarcastically as he pours himself a glass of cold water, "then make better judgments moving forward."
"Since I won't be present, Liam, will you take all I own?" In a state of terror, Andrew asks while taking two steps onto his balcony.
" Yes, of course, but if your entire performance is good, you will be rented for three months, plus money," Liam says, turning out his light and turning on speaker on his phone, which he keeps next to the lamp.
Andrew sobs and hangs up, saying, "I see then I will hang up for getting ready for the burial."
"Is it true that these garments are expensive? .....Susan?" Susan puts her glasses up her nose to respond to Rose as she yells to her female colleague who was sitting next to her and writing on her computer.
Rose gets angry and rises up, asking, "Why are you acting so aggressive to win the position of the leadership?" She responds, "No... I believe the grey floral print dress would be ideal for sightseeing at London."
Susan steps away from the computer and adds "Since my brother is just seven years old and his mother is no longer alive, I need the money to buy him some nice meals for the following month. Since I'm his aunt and his father is unemployed, I'll take care of things." As Susan returns, she moans.
