"Teach you... sword fighting. Why? Is your world a backward civilisation?" Thundra asked with a confused expression on her face. Her lips curved down into a frown as she stared at Felix.
"Backward civilisation..." Felix's face darkened as he repeated the words. With a slight frown he shot a question at Thundra, "What backward civilisation? Aren't all of us in the game from earth?"
"No... You see what happens when the gods throw you into a game without your knowledge. You don't know anything about this world..." Thundra said with her brows arched, then, she sighed before making Felix to sit on a chair and sitting adjacent to him. "Now let's discuss about Heroism."
"You about to deviate from the original topic... sword-" Felix wanted to speak, but shut up after receiving Thundra's glare.
"Shut up, I know what I'm doing." Thundra said before continuing with a righteous expression, "I need to first tell you somethings before teaching you swords, things that you would have known if you had joined us in Heroism V1."
Felix let out a sigh before lowering his head, ready for whatever Thundra is about to say. He then thought back to the words before... 'Backward Civilisation'...
This wouldn't be just some ordinary discussion...
"What do you think Heroism is?" Thundra asked as she lifted her hands and began to softly stroke her hair.
"A game? Isn't that obvious?" Felix replied with another question as his silver eyes flashed in a brilliant light. This is going yards away from normal...
"Wrong." Thundra spoke bluntly before leaning forward and staring straight into Felix's eyes before opening her mouth to speak, "Your blue eyes were so much easier to stare into..."
"Stop changing the topic." Felix quickly spoke with a frown on his face. Just when he felt like he had stumbled upon a top levelled secret, this woman is talking about his eyes...
"Sigh, Heroism isn't a game... it's a reality created by a Supreme God when he was... bored. It has the ability to connect into various worlds and their alternates and transport the consciousness of their inhabitants into itself." Thundra said with her eyes staring into those of Felix's, after seeing no drastic change of expression she continued, "They are billions of civilisations scattered about in various worlds and their alternates. Some are backward like mine... using swords and magic or advanced like that of Flaming Maiden, where their world is partially ruled by technology.
Do you know why you were able to be taken into this world? Because you died with a very strong will to live. Strong enough for your soul to reach here intact within your body.
The NPCs here are like mirrors of people from alternate realities. Some are from backward worlds while others are from advanced worlds.
Only the monsters here are frighteningly real. They were revived transported directly into this world after their death in the Ultra-dimension where the gods reside, and where the opening survival game takes place.
The reason why I asked you if your civilisation is backward is because of mana, magic energy, life energy those boring stuff. You see in my world and Demon Hunters... We can practice advanced sword fighting because of the innate presence of magical energies within us. Unlike Flaming Maiden who can only use her innate fire powers gotten from her super genes, but cannot use swords or magic due to the lack of magic energies within her. Do you know why?
As civilisations advance their beliefs in things like demons and gods weakens and so with the intensity of magic within them. Unless your ancestors where strong believers in magic up until now, I don't think you can learn major sword fighting."
After hearing Thundra's words Felix's countenance darkened as his brows knitted together, "So you're saying dragons, magic and demons exist?"
Thundra stared deeply in Felix's eyes, there was still no change. Her gaze turned sharp, did he believe in magic?
"Yes." Thundra spoke with a serious expression on her face as she finally leaned away from Felix.
"Pshh... hahahaha!" Felix burst out laughing, his eyes narrowed into crescents as his stomach tightened. He didn't believe what Thundra said.
The real reason he didn't have a change of expression was that being a Digital Human made his thought process ten times more advanced than that of a human, allowing him to easily grasp and process shocking information.
In other words, nothing could shock him now that he's a Digitalized Human Being.
Dragons? Alive? Not possible. Alternate universes have been a hypothesis since day one, but it has never be proven completely through. Gods? I believe in modern gods though, but demons?
The only demons I know of are evil politicians, stupid deviants and useless humans.
Thundra sighed as she stood up from her seat with a frown on her face, staring down into Felix's eyes she spoke, "If you don't believe me that's your problem, but I can't teach you swords since I can't sense any trace of magic within you."
Felix rolled his eyes before standing up after her and turning around, "I'm logging out for some time..."
"Don't worry I can handle the preparations. Just don't stay there for too long." Thundra said as she turned back and walked away from Felix.
Felix sighed as he closed his eyes and spoke in his mind, 'Log out of Heroism...'

Felix opened his eyes in the real world only to be greeted by a bright blue screen.
[Welcome Player. Your Cheat System Has Finally Been Activated In The Real World!]
'So it's true huh. I really acquired something like my Heroism System in real life.' Felix thought as his mind wandered to all those ancient light novels he read as a child. Where the main character gains a system to help him level up and get stronger.
While they all have normal and boring systems, mine is bugged. I have a cheat system!
Should I use it to benefit the world that hates me? That prosecutes me? No!
I'll use my powers for my own good, to get stronger to protect myself and those around me. And if being the villain to the world that opposes me is the way, then...
I don't give a f*cking damn about it!
