Yu Yan got back to work with her illustrations. So much had happened in her life that she had a bit of inspiration for the next chapter of her comic book.
Upon arriving to this world stories had been her favourite form of learning. Watching them on the advanced technology of the television to reading them from a book.
Comic books the best combination of both. And since she had always been an artist she found this to be the best way to express herself.
Storytelling was something that allowed her to escape her current world and live freely. Now expressing the pictures in her head gave her an even greater sense of freedom.
This started as a hobby and now sharing her story has opened up a new world of people who can relate.
Time went by fast. It was her stomach that caused her focus to shift. She had a few breaks in between as she spent the whole day drawing.
It was getting dark out and it was getting close to supper time.
