"If you have nothing else to do, I thought maybe I could take Plum out on a date." He told her.
Plumeria looked at him, dumbfounded.
"Well, that's a splendid idea!" Ella told him.
"Umm… I can't go. I have dinner with my brother." Plumeria told her.
"Oh well, maybe next time." Ella told Levi.
Levi looked at Plumeria.
"You can reschedule with Axel for another dinner next time." He told her.
"Are you telling me that I should prioritize you more than my brother?" She asked him, getting mad.
"I never said that." He told her.
"Well, it sure sounded like it." She told him with slight anger in her tone.
"Alright, you two, no need to fight." Ella told them and looked at him with a slightly disappointed look. "And she is right, Levi. It did sound like you wanted her to prioritize you over her family. Apologies to her."
"What?" He asked her in disbelief. "No, I didn't do anything wrong."
"Levi." Ella warned him.
