She looked at herself in the mirror after getting herself all dolled up. She was excited to meet him.
She was dressed in medieval age clothing. Her long wavy hair was neatly braided and was resting on her shoulders with a beautiful flower hair pin on her head. She got up and looked around sneakily outside her room before she decided that it was clear for her to sneak out.
She walked through the market happily and went to the cottage that was by the river. She looked inside from the windows, but no one was there. So she went to the bank of her river and sat there.
She took off her shoes and submerged her feet in the cool flowing water with a smile and waited for her lover to show up.
He came back to his house after buying some bread and butter for the woman he loved. He even brought her some candies.
It was expensive for him to buy this stuff, but he wanted to give her the best, not because she came from a wealthy family, but because he thought that she was too precious and just wanted to spoil her. He would've done the same even if she was from a low-class family.
He looked up and saw her sitting at the bank of the river with her back facing towards him and suddenly he felt mischievous.
He stealthily walked up to her and then, when he was close enough to her, he suddenly grabbed her shoulders.
"BOO!"
She shrieked and jerked back in horror, clutching her chest. Her heart almost flew out of her chest because of the jump scare he gave her.
"Noah!" she exclaimed, displeased by his prank.
He laughed seeing her expression, which only made her mad. She crossed her arms with a scowl on her face and looked away.
"Oh, come on. It was funny." he told her, but she didn't speak to him.
He sat down beside her and looked at her. He bumped his shoulder into her gently.
"Aww, don't be mad. I was only messing with you." he told her.
She still didn't look or say anything to him.
He lifted the bag of goodies and showed it to her.
"Look, I got you some bread, butter and candies." he told her.
She glanced at the bag and looked away. He smiled at her and put the food beside him. He then hugged her gently and kissed her cheeks softly.
"I love you, my dear." he told her, which made her smile shyly and it finally made her look at him.
She pursed her mouth and hit his chest playfully.
"Don't do it again." She told him.
"Okay, I won't do it again today." He told him and smiled playfully.
"Tsk."
She looked at him with a scowl. He chucked and handed her the bread and butter.
"Last night I came up with a good idea." he told her and then explained to her what he thought of.
She listened to him with interest as she munched on the bread.
"Well, it sounds like a wonderful idea." She told him.
"You really think so?" he asked, his eyes glistening with excitement.
"Yes, absolutely." She told him.
"Once I start it, I'll definitely get rich and then I'll ask your parents for your hand in marriage." He told her.
Her heart fluttered happily at the thought of him becoming her husband.
"You don't have to be rich to marry me. I'm happy with the way you are." she told him.
"But your parents won't agree with you getting married to a commoner." He told her sadly, looking at the river.
She looked at him sadly because it was true.
He then smiled, looking at the river.
"Once I get rich, we'll get married, then I'll build a bigger house here and then I'll have cute chubby kids with you." he told her.
She blushed a little.
"How do you know that our kids will be cute?" she asked him.
He looked at her and pinched her cheek gently with a smile.
"Because their mother is cute." he told her.
She blushed even brighter, which made him chuckle. He then looked at her seriously.
"Evelyn?" he called her.
"Hmm?" she asked, looking at him.
"Will you marry me?" he asked her.
Her heart was filled with warmth as she heard him propose to her.
"Yes. Who else would I marry if it's not you, Noah?" she asked him and rested her head against his shoulder.
He smiled warmly at her and grabbed her hand. He kissed the back of her hand and looked at her with nothing but pure love for her.
"Then our love will remain eternal, in this life and the next." he told her.
She held his hand in hers.
"And in the rest of our reincarnations." She told him.
"And in the afterlife." He told her.
She lifted her head back a little and looked at him. He leaned towards her and kissed her gently.

Plumeria woke up a few minutes later when she felt someone shake her. She shrugged that person off, thinking that it was her mother.
"Ten more minutes, mom. I'm having a wonderful dream… and don't slap my butt." she said tiredly.
She heard a chuckle.
"What's so funny?" she asked her.
"You are." She heard a man's voice and knew by heart that it wasn't her mother.
She opened her eyes a little and looked at the person and saw that it was Levi. Her eyes flew open in shock as she realized that she was not in her bed, nor was she in her house. She was so sleepy that she forgot that she was with him in his car.
She remembered what she just told him and blushed as she watched him look at her.
"Pretend you didn't hear what I just said to you." she told him, looking away and feeling embarrassed.
"Not a chance." he told her.
She looked at him and saw that he was enjoying himself, which made her want to smack the back of his head, but she decided against it.
She took off her seatbelts and opened the door to get out of the car when he grabbed her hand.
'What now?' she thought, feeling frustrated.
She wanted to get away from him quickly.
"Give me your number before you go." he told her.
She bit the bottom of her lips and tried to look normally at him.
She held out her hand. He took out his phone from his pocket and gave it to her after opening the password.
She quickly typed in her phone number and gave herself a call. When her phone started ringing, she took her phone out of her purse and showed it to him before she gave him his phone back.
"I'll call or text you the next time we go on our date." He told her.
She nodded her head.
"Bye." she told him and almost ran away from him.
He chuckled and shook her head at her before he started the engines and drove away.
