"What? Experts from MEDC and NCTP working in Cyclops Intelligence?"
Daniel, as usual, was the most reactive with his business rival. He didn't stop planning, though he should be grateful that Philip kept him out of the lawsuit after MEDC sued his company for ethical violations. They succeeded in making a scapegoat, passing the blame on to four managers who could logically account for the findings of the compounds in front of the court.
"There's no need to be surprised. MEDC and NCTP are independent, non-political institutions. They have the right to affiliate with any company as long as they are reported transparently."
"Does it include working as an employee?" denied Daniel. "It's like you're a judge who sided with the suspect because of closeness!"
"Have you been watching the news today?" asked Philip. He finally spoke after a long silence. "The reason is for cooperation, a collaboration between scientists. They made that scenario," he continued.
