Rachel and Ben came together to inspect the installation process of the fifth batch of ICNG-257. In the past month, more than 500 people have received ICNG-257, precisely after CI and Seawares announced the first commercialization. This time, they will be treading a new stage.
The number of recipients will be increased, and process automation will be scaled up to an industrial scale. At this stage, 350 recipients did not only come from officials, politicians, and business elites but also from the underprivileged. They cover 70% of the total quota and don't have to pay for it.
Rachel and Ben agreed to subsidize the costs as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. It's not a huge amount, but they are committed to subsidizing regularly so everyone can benefit from their experiments.
