Mitch frowned when he heard the proposal of his removal from his current position as chairman. He stared at the shareholder who had raised that idea. "Wait…" he thought to himself, "That man was just a representative...,"
In his 'almost panicked mind, he had forgotten that at that point in time, the 'representative' had the same power as the original shareholder.
"You cannot make such an assertion as you are just a representative!" Mitch spat out cheekily.
The representative shareholder, who was known as Eugene Mills counteracted, "Is the power clouding your judgement Mitch? Have you forgotten that with the 'power of attorney, I represent the second-largest shareholder in the company? I would be very careful in choosing my next words if I were you…" Eugene added rather calmly as he studied the expression on Mitch's face. He had a rather satisfied smile that did not manifest as he gazed at the man, he detested to his bone, but Eugene knew that, there was time for everything.
