With the mainstream news about Ella's engagement drama, his company was now in a financial mess. His stocks had been hit bad and he had lost the main targeted investment from Mr Corns. He knew that prior to this incident, his company was already on the rocks, but it was known in-house only, but now, all financial news outlets were on it. And he had been so far unsuccessful in securing an alternate source of investment and cash stream.
