Nothing. That's what I saw after I blacked out. There was no voice at all as well. It's just... nothing.
'Am I trully dead right now? Where is this? It's so dark. I can't see anything. It's so quite as well. Where's that mysterious voice?' There was so many questions popping up on my mind at that time.
Not long after, I heard a voice. But this time it's different. It's not the same voice that I heard before I blacked out.
"Good morning Yuuta. Did you sleep well last night? Are you hungry right now?" A woman spoke, with gentle tone and a warm expression but in a language that I don't speak but somewhat recognize.
'Wait, did she just said 'Ohayou'? Am I in Japan right now?' I thought.
And after that, I could open my eyes again. I saw a shillouette of a woman with long straight black hair. I thought it was an angel. But then, suddenly, I got this nostalgic warm feeling that I haven't felt for a very long time.
'What is this warmth? It's so nostalgic.'
Suddenly, I started crying like a baby because of this nostalgic feeling. Well I am a baby at this point.
The warmth of a mother. I haven't felt it in a very long time. It took me back to when I spent my time with my mother long ago.
The black haired woman surprised seeing this. Then, she tried to calm me down.
"Ara? What happened to you all of a sudden? Did you get a nightmare last night? There there. Don't worry, your mother is right here with you, okay." Then, she kissed me on my forehead.
After I calmed down, I looked at her and said "Mama?"
"Yes sweetie, your mother is here with you. So you don't have to be afraid anymore, okay." She responded with a warm smile.
'Mother? But, didn't mom died because of cancer long ago? Does this mean I got reincarnated? But how?'
After that, my mother then starts to taking care of me by breastfeeding me and cleaning me afterwards.
After my mother done cleaning me, she then took me to the living room. There, I saw a weird purple cat on top of some kind of cat tree. The purple cat then jumped down from the cat tree.
"Espeon!" The purple cat yelled, as if it greets us.
"Good morning Ellie. How are you today?" My mother greeted back.
"Espeon!" The purple cat responded.
'Espeon? Isn't that a pokemon? Am I in the Pokemon world right now?' I got very excited in my mind.
I then stretched out my hands in the directions of the Espeon and tried to speak in the baby language, as if I said 'I want to play with it!'.
"Ara? you want to play with Ellie?" My mother asked.
I just nodded my head. And then, my mother put me down near the Espeon to let me play with it.
"Ellie, be gentle with him, okay." My mother said before she went to the kitchen.
"Espe!" Ellie responded, as if she's saying 'Yes Maam!'.
I then began to crawl to the Espeon. A big smile could be seen on my face as I was crawling towards the purple cat.
'Oh my gosh, oh my gosh! It's a real pokemon! It's an Espeon! A real Espeon! It's so cute, oh my gosh!' I said very exicetedly in my mind, which translates to cute baby noises in real life.
Ellie than aproached me and said "Espeon!" as if she's trying to say 'Hello!'.
And then I tried to pet it. Ellie just bow her head down and let me petted her.
'Oh my gosh! I'm petting a pokemon! A real pokemon! Her fur is so soft. It's so unreal!' I let out another cute baby noises.
After I played with Ellie, my mom came back from kitchen and picked me up to the dining room to feed me. She called out Ellie to feed her as well. And then, she brings out a pokeball and threw it up in the air. Then, a white furred cat-like creature with a blue horn came out of it. My eyes couldn't belive it. And my excitement couldn't be contained.
'Oh my gosh! I-it's an absol! It's a freaking absol! I want to pet it! I want to pet it so badly!' I thought, while stretching out my hand and letting out another cute baby noise.
"Hm? You want to play with Luna? You can do that after we eat, okay." My mom said.
Then, we all went to the dining room. I was fed some kind of mashed some kind of fruit flavored porridge by my mom. I didn't recognize the flavour, but it was still delicious. Meanwhile, Ellie and Luna was eating a simillar food that they made for pokemon in the anime.
After we're done eating, my mom put me back in the living room and then she went to the bathroom to take a bath. I finally have a chance to play with Ellie and Luna. I've had so much fun playing with them.
After playing for a while, I began to have this thought in my head. 'Where's my dad? I haven't seen him at all. Do I even have a dad in this world?'
As I was thinking, I heard someone rang the bell at the front door. My mom, who has dressed up after taking a bath, went to the front door. I heard my mom talking to a man from the living room.
"Ara, hello Augustine. What brings you here today?" My mom said in another language that I somewhat recognize as well.
"Hello Yui, I'm just checking on you two since today is my day off right now." The man responded.
"Why don't you come in then? I'm sure Yuuta would love to see you as well." My mom invited him
"Very well then." The man answered.
After that, I saw my mom entering the living room with a man following her from behind. This man has a wavy black hair with grey eyes. And he's wearing a purple t-shirt with black pants.
'Wait, where have I seen this guy before?' I thought.
"Hello Yuuta!" The man greets me.
'Huh? Did he just say hello to me in French?'
"Yuuta, can you say hi?" My mom asked me in French.
'Is this my dad?' I thought in my mind, which lead me to say "Papa?"
Hearing this, both my mom and the man was surprised. Then, a sad expression can be seen on their faces. They look so hurt.
"I'm sorry Yuuta. But, I'm not your papa." The man said with a bitter smile.
"Yuuta, this is your uncle, uncle Augustine." My mom said.
'Crap, I think I said things that I shouldn't have said. I really don't have a dad, huh? I have to change the mood here.' I thought.
I then, reached out his hand and tried to ask him to play with me with my cute baby noises. And somehow, he understood.
"Oh, you want to play with me? okay, I'll play with you." Uncel Augustine said.
After we played for a while, my mom picked me up and brought me into my room and put me to sleep.
As I was trying to go to sleep, I tried to to go over what just happened.
'Okay, so a lot has happened today. I guess my name is Yuuta right now. And it looks like I'm in the Pokèmon world right now. But it seems like some languages from my previous life exists in this world as well. That's cool I guess, but there's one thing bothering my mind. What happened to my dad?'
Meanwhile, my mom is still chatting with uncle Augustine in the living room.
"Augustine, I'm sorry about that." Mom said.
"No, I should be the one who feel sorry. It's really sad that he doesn't know who is his father." Uncle Augustine responded.
"Don't worry he'll be fine." My mom tries to reassure him.
"Does it still bother you?" My mom then continued to ask him.
"Yeah, something just doesn't add up with that accident. The weather was particullarly fine. But that wind was just riddiculously strong. It's almost like a pokemon made that wind. Even more suspicious, they said they found some ice shards on the crash site." Uncle Augustine answered.
"If that's the case, do you think it's just a wild pokemon causing a ruckus? Or was it someone commanded their pokemon to use some ice move intentionally?"
"I've been studying about pokemons for many years. And I know that, the move ice shard can't reach 20.000 ft high no matter how powerfull it is. And there's not much ice type pokemon that can fly. Except for Articuno."
"But why would Articuno do that?"
"That's what's suspicious about it. Articuno would only cause a ruckus if it was intimidated. So my guess is there's someone or a group of people that's capable of controlling Articuno."
"But, who would it be? Articuno it's not just an ordinary pokemon. It's one of the Legendary Birds Trio. Not anyone could controll it easily."
"It's got to be a big evil organization again. *sigh* and here I thought we've saved Kalos when we defeated Team Flare."
"You mean Team Flare still exist? I thought all of the members have been imprisoned
"Yeah. Me, Lucas, and Lysandre made sure of that. It was thanks to Lysandre that we could find their hideouts. He has a really good underlings."
"But who could it be then? And why did he targetted Lucas?"
"That... I don't know about that." Uncle said while feeling frustrated.
