Molaki sat quietly, glaring at his sister and chewing his food slowly as she verbally poked at him about his bedroom life. Asta usually would have been mortified, but she was far too distracted by her new sense of smell, and bursting at the seams wanting to tell someone about it.
"I'm your Alpha, Prim," the white wolf growled under his breath, which only made her throw her head back and cackle even harder.
"Don't let her get to you," Asta chided, flaring her nostrils and placing a her palm on the back of his wrists.
It was that small interaction that suddenly made Prim go quiet, her eyes darting between the two mates in front of her, before taking a sip of her morning tea with a flick of her ear.
"What."
Molaki was squinting at her even harder now, but Prim just shook her head, clucking.
"Nothing, brother. You're being paranoid. It happens to even the best Tri."
