With only 24 hours left on the clock I finish remodding the sword so I can use it. I put the sword back in it's sheath and inside my spatial ring before taking the two pills from inside my ring and swallowing them both.
I watch my body's diagnostics go haywire for the next 10 minutes before it finally settles back to normal. I wanted to use this after getting a real arm, but I'm not taking the risk of dying because I was greedy.
I go to do an in-depth scan while I look over my cultivation to find myself needing only one more push to get into soul core realm. I can't do it now though, I need a lot more time and more herbs and pills. Though the advancement in my cultivation seems to have opened a new entry for me.
[Hey there me, I'm back to fill you in on how you got your affinity's. To be honest with you, I kinda took that parts of some peoples soul in exchange for the ability to summon us once and fulfilling their desires. The good news about the summoning is that it needs someone with SSS class darkness to use, and having taken away their affinity means it's useless to them and the off chance that a descendant of theirs awakens the affinity needed isn't even worth mentioning. Anyway were almost at the soul core realm, and ours is going to hurt so much more than it should normally because were fusing the talents of probably long dead souls with that of a god, I strongly recommend using extreme luck when advancing to lessen the pain and maybe give us a chance at a new power. There's only been 10 soul cores ever, so we aren't aware of how it works. That's all I have for this time, but on the 0.1% we are summoned at one point or come into contact with D-E-M, remember to NEVER accept anything D-E-M gives you, it's the reason I went throw the trouble to make the system.
Anyways have a spell that came from a random magician one time and I liked it, so here an improved version]
Of course it was my fucking fault for making a faulty deal, I'm mean I was acting like the fucking devil, why the hell couldn't I scam someone properly? Whatever, I'm blaming it on D-E-M and moving on.
I take my grimoire and flip open the book while scanning the empty pages, courtesy of my enhanced memory means I remember where all the empty pages are. I find the circle and I try casting it.
A dark string shoots out of the circle, piecing the wall. I start casting the spell while I shadow dash around the room making a cage of strings around a can of beer before I close the strings in, cutting it to shreds.
"What did you do to the can?" Bianca had walked inside the room apparently.
"You can't see the strings?" She just shakes her head no. I turn back around and start casting water magic on the threads and it works, so I try adding electricity to the mix and I can see that the water actually changed into a blackish substance.
Curious I touch the wire only to have my finger cut and my diagnosed telling me I've been poisoned. I try moving my hand away but my hand only goes closer, I read more on the poison and find that it messes with the electric signals sent to the brain.
"Holy shit..." I catch myself muttering this as Bianca just looks at me funny.
"What did you do this time?"
"I made a poison that interferes with the electrical signals the brain sends. Anyways I have to finish making it cast faster, so I suggest leaving" I look over my scan and find that the poison had flushed out of my system via sweat.
I start casting a triple circle spell before wondering how long it would take for the poison to get out of a regular persons system, because I have 1000 poison immunity, whatever the hell that was. I then start texting Justin while I practice casting the spell.
'Hey man, I'm going on a business venture soon and I need you to help me hide it from my family. If they ask just say I'm working at a restaurant cus I know you have their number.' I wait a few seconds for a reply
'I gotchu' with that problem out of the way I go back to making my new spell.
Around an hour later I finish working on my spell and I find a bunch of metals outside my door. I take them in and start working on some armor for myself, more specifically something like nanomachines that could redistribute to either armor or to reinforce my sword.
I take some titanium and start reforming it to fit armor while I take the other metals and start coding the nanomachines to work.
I start working on my project while turning off all the unneeded senses when a hand suddenly appears coming to grab my head, so I use some wind magic to cut his hand off before guessing where his neck was sending a blade there.
I stand up while putting his corpse away and taking my katana for it's first run and use the quickdraw feature to cut the heads off of all the people in the doorway before using them as a test subject for my strings.
The 5 remaining men who were standing suddenly fall flat on their face so I take their bodys and start scanning them.
I look over the body scans and find that the poison randomly switches body functions and lasts for 10 seconds on regular people. I then put the bodies inside my storage ring and start coding again while also using magic to make a freezer for the bodies.
