Third Individual's POV
"You're late," Tyler said as he received the papers from Seo ya. 'It's all Cindy's fault!' Seo ya thought.
"What excuse are you going to give me, this time? I clearly ordered you to finish it by 9:30. I wonder what time it is currently?" He asked, with a glare.
"10:06..." She mumbled. "I can't hear you," he said in a low tone. "Ugh fine, it's 10:06! I'm late, yes! But of course I would be! You gave me a brief time to finish loads of paperwork which are a week worth! Are you insane? This is abuse of power!" Seo ya yelled, moving towards him.
"If this is considered abuse of powers, then don't you think your sister would be in jail now?" He asked with a grin. Tyler crossed his arms. "What do you mean?" Seo ya asked.
"Perhaps you don't know because you've been separated from your sister for a long time. But, haven't you heard that at the age of 10, she fired 20 people in just a day?" Seo ya flinched from his remarks.
"That's..." She mumbled. "According to what I heard, your parents gave her the authority to handle their business. At just the age of 10. Your parents are quite cruel, giving all the pressure to a mere child." Tyler went closer to me, as I took a step backwards.
"What do you think happened next?" He asked with a chuckle. "Your sister took heed of what your parents gave, and fired 20 people in one day, 50 a week, and in one month, a total of 103 people were fired. Even a newbie was fired. Is your sister's hobby, firing people?" Tyler frowned.
Seo ya was left speechless. After all, what he said was true. Years ago, when she was at the age of 7, her parents discovered that she had a talent. Not one, but many. She's basically talented in everything unlike her brother who's quite frail.
It was then. Starting at that very age, she was exposed to business. She learned everything about it, till she reached the age of 10. Her parents decided to test her, what would it be like if she would be the CEO of their business.
That's when they gave her the authority. "Fired, fired, fired!" Seo ya said when she was little. Everyone gazed at her with confused eyes. "Pardon me miss?" The secretary of the Jang Company at that time said,
Around that time, the secretary was Ahn Min Hyuk's father, Ahn Min suk. Therefore, he was in charge of looking after Seo ya, as ordered by her parents.
"Didn't you hear me? They're fired," Seo ya said with a grumpy face. "But why, miss?" He asked. "That one over there smells like cigarettes. She obviously didn't take heed of the rule that one mustn't smoke during working hours! As for the rest, they're lazy as hell," Seo ya said, as she glared towards them.
"But miss..." Min suk mumbled, unable to defy her words. "Ah right," Seo ya looked at Min suk with a grin. 'I guess this is where she'll fire me!' Min suk thought, as sweat started to be visible on his forehead.
"You're fired," Seo ya said, pointing to the man behind Min suk. Min suk gave a sigh of relief. 'I think I'm going to die, worrying about being fired,' he thought.
"La La La~ That's all for today!" Seo ya said with a cheerful smile. And so, the cycle repeats. "You're fired," Seo ya said, looking at Min suk. "M-Miss? But why?!" Min suk asked in fear. "Take her away," Seo ya rolled her eyes.
Guards started to walk towards Min suk. "No! This can't be! I worked for years at Jang Company! Have mercy! Don't fire—Eh?" Min Suk asked, as he saw the woman beside him taken away by the guards.
Min suk looked at Seo ya with a dumbfounded expression. "Pft," Seo ya turned around. "How hilarious," she said with a snicker. 'Oh right, she said, take 'her' away not 'him,' Min suk thought.
Min Suk drooped down to the floor as he cried dramatically. 'I can't believe I'm getting nervous from the power this child has!' Min suk said in his thoughts.
Now back to the present, 'I remember that uncle Min suk was having a hard time back then,' Seo ya thought. Tyler glared at her. "Haha, yeah. She did fire those people," she said with faint laughter.
"See? Your sister is much worse than me. I'm giving you work, your sister is firing them," Tyler said as he took a seat on his swivel chair. "She did fire them, but that doesn't mean that she did it for no reason! She fired those people because they were incompetent, and lazy! Some even didn't follow the rules!" Seo ya yelled as she placed her hands on Tyler's desk.
"But no one is perfect, right? You never know. Those people might be as exhausted as you from work and decided to be lazy for the meantime so they—``''No, they aren't. They barely have any work left since I'm the one who's basically doing almost everything. I ran a background check on them and—"
"You? What do you mean by that?" Tyler stood up. 'Shit, I misspoke!' So ya thought. "Your sister was the one who was given the authority and yet, you're saying that you were the one who did almost everything? And that you even ran a background check to them?" All of a sudden, the tension in the room became worse.
"Why aren't you saying anything?" Tyler glared. I flinched, sweat started to flow from my forehead. 'Is this the end of everything?' I asked in my thoughts.
"So it is as I thought," he continued, "Your sister was actually lazy so she entrusted everything to you despite the fact that she was the one who was given authority to do so!"
Seo ya was dumbfounded. 'I can't believe that such a person is an idiot,' Seo ya drooped down to the floor. "Right? Tell me I'm right!" Tyler said with a grin.
"Ha. I don't even know if that idiocy is a good thing or not," she mumbled.
