Chapter 23 - MeTube STRATEGY

The shoot for the movie was going in full swing. Ash was an experienced director in his past life. Even though he wasn't famous but he was talented so shooting a movie wasn't the hard part for him.

Ash considered himself lucky to be working with an experienced crew as well. He was most impressed by Liam. Liam shoot every scene so perfectly that it fully showed the beauty of the east coast. was shot in New Mexico and California in his last but this heartwarming story in a desert created a contrast that Ash couldn't figure out in his last life. But it turned out to be the budget problem that this movie had to be shot in the desert. But Ash had solved this problem and Liam was a cherry on the top.

The shooting was coming to an end. Only the last few scenes remained to be shot and they were in college in Miami. Ash was very satisfied with the shooting. He had a cameo of himself in the movie. He was playing a minor character who showed the direction to the Hoover family.

And he had a special cameo of the in this movie. Yes, when the Hoover family was on the road they saw a Batmobile crash on the side of the road and sometime later they saw a man in black clothes walking along the road so they stopped their car and invited him for a lift.

sat in their van near Olive but their van didn't start. grew frustrated by it so he got out of their van and kicked the van. But van started due to that heavy kick. When the van started asked them for a ride but this time they refused.

This cameo was created funnily and added by Ash for the sake of his newly acquired property.

It took them nearly one month to shoot this movie and a few scenes remaining. This month Starline released two movies that Rowen bought on behalf of the studio. Both movies didn't cost much but were fairly successful. And because of that he now had some extra cash flow in his hand. It turned out Rowen was competent and Serena recommended making his position as the head of the distribution department permanent to which Ash had no objection.

Serena also recommended Nancy be promoted once again as Nancy was able to find a role for Cynthia and a few other artists in a big-budget action movie. And Cynthia was playing a very important role in it and she quite a lot of lines in this movie. Seeing Nancy's work Ash had no objection once again.

Ash was also impressed by Serena's performance. She was a talented CEO and Ash was thanking uncle Sam from the bottom of his heart for introducing him to Serena. Even though Rowen and Nancy did good work but Ash knew that they will never be able to do it without full support from company higherups. He was busy with the shooting so the company's full responsibility had fallen on Serena's shoulders and she handled this responsibility like a pro.

Ash had asked Serena to create a MeTube(Counterpart of YuoTube) channel in the name of Starline to release all the info about the company projects which needed to be shared. MeTube was the biggest social media platform in this world but there weren't the accounts of any company present. It was just a video-sharing platform and wasn't used as promotion-related stuff and Starline was the first company to open an account as a company.

This account released many videos about Starline and its movies. They even released some of their famous movie on this account. They released the trailers of their two movies which they released on this account.

But this channel gained more popularity when a famous director John Bairstow released a statement on this account about his next venture. He announced the name and cast of his next movie. It was and the actor who is going to play the role of Max was Jack Hobbs and caused quite a sensation on the internet since both John and Jack were very famous, especially Jack. Jack was the most famous action star right now and people awaited his movies.

Both Jack Hobbs and John Bairstow were known to be picky when it came to making a movie but a movie brought both of them together so hype for was the real deal. Since it was released on Starline's account it also gained quite a bit subscribers. Their subscribers count reached nearly 100,000 in less than a month.

Ash had also released the cameo on MeTube. It wasn't the full version as in the movie but an edited one with a little suspense. Netizens liked this quite a lot and it became the second most-watched video for this account. Many Netizens expressed their reaction to this. They said,

-Huh, Batman in live-action is this a joke, or am I seeing things?

-No, It might be true DC said that they will start making movies of their superheroes.

-Even though DC said that why would they name their movie . It's absurd.

Ash's MeTube strategy was working quite well. Even though many companies did their movie promotions on MeTube but it wasn't systematic as they usually released their trailers on some famous MeTube channels but Ash was releasing everything about their company on one channel which was quite new in this world. He wasn't releasing just the trailers but also announcements, events, behind the scenes, etc which generated quite a hype about movies on MeTube.

For the last few scenes, Ash and the crew decided to shoot in LA as they were the scenes of a beauty pageant competition inside a hall. So they booked a hall nearby and started shooting.
