After that Ash cut the call and soon he sent lyrics to Joy. Joy received the lyrics and started reading them. At first glance, Joy understood that these lyrics were very good and after making them into a song it will give a new experience to listeners.
She felt like this is the song that she was waiting for all these years. At the end of the lyrics something was written and it said, 'Try singing with the melody from yesterday.'
Joy immediately stood up from there and started playing that melody on a piano and started singing the song along with it. She soon understood how the lyrics and the melody complemented each other. She felt happy that she was the one who was going to give music to this song. So she immediately called Ash-
-Hello, did you like the lyrics?
"Yes, I did. I like them so much and I want to sing them no matter what." She sounded super excited.
-That's good to hear.
"So, what is the price?"
-Umm, I haven't thought about the price but I can give it to you for free on one condition.
"What is the condition?" Joy felt a little worried.
-Nothing much. Actually, I was making a movie and I wanted to use this song in the movie and trailer.
Joy didn't answer anything immediately but started thinking about it. She loved the song and wanted to sing it no matter what but convincing the higher-ups of the company was going to be a challenge if she agreed to this condition it was a single song and she decided to not show lyrics to the company.
"Okay, I agree."
-Then I will send my lawyer to sign the contract later.
"Yes, that will do."
After the call was cut she immediately told her manager to set up a meeting with higher-ups.
In the meeting with one of the higher-ups of the company, she told them that she liked a movie that was yet to be released and she wanted to sing a song for them. And she also said that song was provided by the movie owner and they wanted to use it for the movie and other than that the song will belong to her and since it is a low-budget movie it won't affect her much either.
After a lot of convincing, he agreed with her. He told her to show him the lyrics but she told him that she haven't received the lyrics yet and she was singing for them because she liked the movie, not the lyrics.
After drinking wine last night Ash was in a calm state for a while when he woke up he was feeling stiff all over his body. He doesn't feel that much pain these days after going into calm state.

May always wanted to be a fashion designer and have a career of her own but her family had tried to crush her dream a long time ago. But with a little help from the former Ash, she still managed to achieve a fashion degree. She and the former Ash had an understanding between them.
She hated her family which thought of her as a tool to have a connection with Cyrus Scott. The former gave up chasing after her because he wanted to give her, her desired freedom.
"Why are you here?'' Ash asked her and invited her in, "Please come inside."
May followed Ash inside his apartment and said, "I came here to invite you for my engagement." After saying that she handed a card to him.
When Ash saw the card he was surprised but at the same time not surprised at all. Even though May and Ash couldn't become lovers but they did become good friends in the past.
When they met last time at the cafe they didn't talk because they had just broken their engagement and they didn't want to make it awkward.
To Ash May might have been a stranger but Ash had inherited the memories of his former self so he was somewhat influenced by them so he did consider May his friend. So looked at May with concern and said, "Are you really going to be engaged with James Scott."
