Diva finished combing her hair and was about to lay on the bed when she heard the butler's voice. 'Miss Diva, you have a visitor'. Hastily, she turned to the door to receive the petite figure of the Head Staff, protruded belly and hands that looked like they were glued to his back as he rarely brought them forward.
'Who?'. She asked as she leaned on the door frame, inclining her head to the side. Out of reflex, the butler took a step back. She had noticed it as a habit of him and was not startled when he moved. She was never surprised when she saw the maids of this mansion or of the palace keeping a safe distance, each time she stands before them. They did it out of respect and she respected them too.
'It's Mister Dawin. He is seated at the dining....'. The butler had to swallow his words when he saw Diva race to the stairs and down. She had used her most avoided route and he tried to stop her but all to no avail as the young girl was now out of sight. He hoped she would not get hurt.
Diva was fifteen steps down when she saw the railings, she had been clutching. She was using the curled stairs. The one she most avoided. The elevator was the best. No stress.
But that was not what shocked her in the end. It was the speed with which she used the stairs.
The first day they arrived, they took more than five minutes to reach the floor, but currently, she is standing by the door that leads to the sitting room. Within a few seconds!!!.
Dawin heard a noise like someone running on the treads and whipped his head around in the direction of the door at the bottom of the stairs.
He stood up and spread his hands sideways, anticipating a warm hug from his best friend. At that, Diva, still running, embraced him.
Yes, she had thought earlier that she had to stop wallowing her time in unnecessary, inconsequential things and concentrate on her plan. That was-- except for Dawin. How could she hurl her friend away when he was her abettor?.
Dawin received her embrace with smiles widening his cheeks. However, he was pessimistic at first when he stretched his hands thinking she would not budge, as she scarcely accepted his hugs-- nudging him or slapping him lightly on his arm in response. Maybe she just missed him in his absence and could not hold back anymore.
He expanded his smile when he heard her muttering something. He guessed her first day in school had some glitches, just as he had predicted-- yet, he strained his ears to pick her mumbled words that interfered with her heavy breathing. When was the last time she ran at such length and space?. Never. She was never allowed to run around and chase her suitors away. She was frequently admonished to act princess-like.
'I looked all over for you in the dining hall. You were missing'. He could feel her pouting her lips as she hid her face in his chest. He chuckled at her reaction.
'I didn't go to school today, Diva. Father, went to the Kingdom. I was obliged to replace him in his meetings'. After a span, he asked her. 'How did it go for you today?. Any bully rearing head'. A cackling left his throat
Bully?. She was hardly bullied in her Kingdom. Who would dare bully the Princess? But she was currently in a different zone where more of such inhumane acts occurred. It was almost becoming a norm. He knew it would be brutal to bully Diva, not just because she was a Princess-- no one knew she was from a royal family here. She was tough on her side. It was merely a joke from him.
'Yes'. She answered with a very weak tone.
Dawin's face turned stiff.

All these explanations are making me dizzy. Can't wait for the real drama. There would be a mini release of four chapters today. Please anticipate.
Also, at the end of the release, there would be a surprise. I can't wait!!!!.
