I was looking at the maid who called me a Young Master with confusion.
"Young master, don't move your body just yet," A man said to me on the side.
He was wearing a white robe like a priest and had black hair and brown eyes.
"I am a priest of the Church Of Myllen, your father ordered me to heal you," he said to me
After a minute of confusion and bewilderment.
I suddenly experience a sharp headache, my brain felt overwhelmed as a sudden influx of memories entered it.
Kayn Lynine was the youngest out of the 3 sons of Eric Lynine, he was someone you call a spoiled brat, he does not get along with his brothers and often makes a ruckus, and he treats his maid harshly. One day when he was on top of a horse he made a mistake and fell headfirst to the ground resulting in him falling unconscious for a week.
I look to the side and see the maid who was looking at me with concern.
She was Lina, the personal maid that was assigned to me by my father, and speaking of Kayn's father.
A man in his 30s suddenly entered the room he was wearing a wolf coat, had blonde hair and blue eyes, he had a large body filled with muscles. I immediately recognized that this was Eric Lynine, Kayn's father.
"Kayn, how are you feeling," He said to me
"I feel fine father" I replied weakly as my body felt sore.
"Priest, heal him up and I want to see him fully recovered by the end of the day" he ordered the priest.
"Understood, sir." The priest then chanted some words and I feel some unknown force heal the inside of my body.
I felt my body getting better as the unknown force seeped into my body.
"Next time, Kayn don't be an idiot," My father said to me and then he nodded to the priest then left the room.
I felt increasingly sleepy as the unknown force relaxed my body, then not a moment later I lost consciousness.
I open my eyes and saw that it was nighttime, the priest was no longer in my room and so was the maid.
I got up and looked around if there was a mirror, I saw one not far away in my bed and walked to it.
I saw a young boy, probably age around 13 or 14, he had brown hair and blue eyes, had a skinny physique. This was Kayn's appearance, he didn't look that handsome nor did he look that ugly. For a noble, he looked average.
"Looks like I take after my mother," I said to myself
He then thought about the other memories he now had.
Kayn's mother died 6 years after he was born she had black hair and brown eyes, she was the light of Kayn's world so when she died, Kayn grieved so hard that his attitude became quite bad, he then lashed out his feelings to the poor maids serving his house. Although he didn't hurt them physically he still called them all sorts of things.
"Poor boy," I thought to myself.
He then looked towards the door and saw a Sword with Angelic Wings on its side
It was the crest of House Lynine,
House Lynine, One of the many nobles that occupy the southern area of The Kingdom of Yean, It was the House that protect the Kingdom's southern front from monsters and Invaders.
The House of Lynine wasn't the most influential nor was the richest or the strongest it but It still had the political power to fight the other Houses, Eric Lynine had no interest in fighting them he only had one thing on his mind, that is to protect the southern front from monsters.
That's why he spent much of his time training his Knights and fortifying the southern front walls.
Kayn then opened the door and proceeded to explore the house while walking one of the long corridors of House Lynine he encountered a boy aged around 18 to 19.
He had blonde hair and brown eyes and wore a black shirt, he had long hair and reeked of sweat he had a spear resting on his shoulders while looking at him with pity.
He was Connor Lynine, the firstborn of House Lynine and also the first in line of succession
Connor Lynine was not gifted in the sword, but he found success in wielding the spear which is why he was nicknamed "The Spear of Lynine" by the people who admired his prowess on the weapon.
He proved himself to be worthy of being the successor after being the 6th place winner in a yearly tournament being placed in the capital of Yean.
Only losing to a renowned genius that was called "Queen of Swords" but still even being placed sixth place he still gained a lot of supporters that day
"You feeling better?"
"I am feeling fine, brother" I replied to him
"Huh, good, don't be a dumbass next time okay?"
I nodded and he passed by me and kept walking
I turn around and look at him walking away probably to his room.
"I need more information on this world," I thought to myself
I remembered the location of House Lynine Library and proceeded to make my way to it.
Not long after I arrived at the library, It had a large array of different books, I make my way to the books categorized as history and started reading.
After reading for maybe 4 hours I summarized the knowledge I learned.
I was currently residing in the Kingdom of Yean one of the 5 continents in this world.
Monsters roam here just like in my old world and there is also the concept of aura and mana.
Aura is the thing that swordsmen, spearmen, bowmen, and anyone that uses a weapon train for and hopefully acquire, Aura makes the person able to perform powerful techniques or skills depending on their affinity, and just like in my old world, it is predetermined at birth if you have the potential of acquiring it.
Mana on the other hand is what, Healers, Pyromancers, Necromancers, and Mages use, Mana makes the person capable of performing different mighty spells depending on their affinity, and just like in my old world it is also predetermined at birth if you have the potential of developing it.
There are cases where someone has the potential to acquire both although highly unlikely.
but if they do they can become a Magic Swordsman who can use spells and skills.
In my world, they can easily find out if you have the potential either for aura or mana at birth but apparently, in this world, you can only find out when you are 15 at the academy.
"This world and my world aren't so different after all," I thought to myself
I read and read until I felt sleepy again and after a while I succumbed to the sleepiness.
