Finally, the fishing boat that Matthew was riding returned to shore. As soon as the ship docked, everyone on board rushed to unload their catch for the day. On the beach, the residents were waiting for their arrival.
Matthew and the rest of the crew didn't waste much time. They immediately brought the catch to a stand that the locals had prepared. Then they cut up the whale meat to distribute to residents.
Matthew could see Alo chatting with several people wearing leather clothes from the stand where he was cutting whale meat. The appearance of these people is not much different from Alo's. Their hair is black, and they tie their hair in two parts which are draped over the right and left of their ears.
"Looks like you enjoy living here, Matt," said Freddie, who was also chopping whale meat next to Matthew.
Matthew laughed softly at Freddie's words. "Everything goes very slowly here."
