After selling the rest of the items I had over a 150 Zin, I set aside a sum to pay for my tuition fees so that I no longer needed to rely on my parents and decided to buy a 100 Zin storage ring which was larger than the one gifted to me by Grand Elder Lou for my hard work
For the 50 Zin that remained I found a good sword which looked almost decorative as it's simplicity made it more beautiful, it's handle was slightly longer with a perfect balance near the guard and the blade had a matte black finish that didn't let out any light
This sword was made by an Adept blacksmith from the leg of a Giant Toxic Centipede that lives in the marshes to the east, it still had a little bit of the poison in the blade of the sword, although it wasn't lethal it could still sap the strength of anyone wounded by it
I finally returned back to the Qianli sect when it was evening, I was greeted by the outer and servant disciples upon my return as if I was some kind of hero returning from war
The inner disciples on the other hand were nowhere to be seen, none even dared to come outside in fear of being spotted by me
When I left the inner disciples returned to their usual lifestyle of bullying the weak, the lower rank disciples had to endure this for more than a week while I was gone and each of them prayed I returned safely
'what kindness these people have shown to me'
I thought sarcastically as I wiped an imaginary tear away, but when I turned around and was getting ready to head to my courtyard I was stunned
/Lin Fan
Talent: Sword heart lvl 7/
I dashed up to him and patted him on the shoulder
"haha, good job! You broke through to the Apprentice Jin Rank!"
I congratulated him most enthusiastically, I even decided to hold a banquet for him and the other outer disciples that broke through to the Apprentice Jin Rank
Such hard work must be rewarded! The other outer disciples had no idea why I treated them so well but they each vowed to get stronger to repay my kindness to which I told them that they should focus more on strengthening their talent, what did I care about how strong they were? All I cared about was their talents
The lvl 7 sword heart I had copied was immensely powerful compared to the lvl 5 equivalent
In about a week the new disciples would come in soon so I prepared to greet them, I could hardly wait as I dreamed of the smiling faces of my juniors with their talents plastered over their foreheads every night
After selling a few more artifacts I managed to get my hands on a Xin art technique to control Li to strengthen the mind, I hoped that in this batch of disciples I could find one with a talent for Xin arts
Today I decided to travel back to Fenglo to look for a healer with a high talent, Fenglo had a renowned Healer adlo known as the miracle doctor
When I approached I saw a big sign that said that only serious injuries or sicknesses would be treated by Miracle Doctor Wu so I had no choice but to turn around and leave, it's a shame but there's nothing I can do if I'm not injured
After I found a wheelchair and bandages I returned and wheeled myself inside, there was a long line of people who were in need of treatment so I patently stood and waited, after several hours it was finally my turn
"let me examine you"
Doctor Wu said as he placed his hand on my wrist to check my pulse
"I-It's a miracle! I'm cured! Look everybody I'm cured!"
As I said this I picked up my wheelchair and dashed out in the most excited manner leaving Doctor Wu and everyone else in a daze
Of course I'd be excited as I had gained a lvl 5 healing talent
"as expected of Doctor Wu, even someone as heavily injured as him could be instantly cured, Nad his generosity to not even charge that poor man"
One of the patients spoke while nodding his head
