"We need to save those children at any cost, am i clear?" Jane asked her fellow officer. "Yes sir" they replied to her. They went inside a old building from the back door without making much noise and started their operation to get the children who have been kidnapped by some gang.
As the went inside jane divided the team into two and both group went on different floors. The group of which was leaded by jane went to the second floor and the other group on the first. As they went further in some gang members started shooting. Jane was fast enough to hide without injury but some of her fellow officer were injured. "Everyone stay focused we cant let the kids get hurt" was what she said as they started shooting the gang members while hiding. Jane decided to let her members distract the gang while she will get the children out and as they were working according to her plan ,some of the gang members were hiding inside the room where the children were kept. Jane decided to react fast and kill the members but one of then took a child as a hostage.
"Back off" he shouted with the child in his hand. "Let the child go" jane said calmly but the gang member was reluctant to do so. Jane pointed her gun at the guy, and looked like she was ready to shoot regardless of the child being hostage. Then some of her members joined her but were shocked looking at the situation in front of them. " Back off!! All of you " he said pressing his gun at the child. "Back off guys, I will take care of this, you all take the rest of the children" Leaving jane behind the rest of the officers went for the other kids.
'Does that child have to die?' she thought. "If you leave the child now then I won't kill you but if you don't then I will kill you with the child if I have to." She said with a expressionless face. She looked serious about killing the child but it was just her plan to scare the gang member and convince him to let the child go. "If I let the child go will you leave me?" he asked. "I can't do that but as i said i won't kill you" jane replied. "It's better to die than be captured by you" he shouted. " Are you sure about it? You wont regret it right? well if you die then there is nothing else you can do so" she pointed her gun at his face. She was gonna shoot when he suddenly lets the child go and throws the child at a side. "Take your gun down" he said. "alright!" she did as he told and slowly started walking towards the kid who fainted. "Did you thought that i will let that child live if i was gonna get captured?" saying he pointed the gun at the kid and shot but the kid didn't got hurt as jane has used her body to block the bullet. She turns and shoots the guy at his head and fells down. "Haa this is too tiring." she talked to herself lying down while she was bleeding through her chest. '1 minute will be the max time i will stay alive i guess.'she thought. Flashes of her childhood came before her eyes, days when she was just a child and was looking for love from her parents but was beaten istead. Being starved because she didn't let her brother tear her books, being thrown out of the house at the age of 16 for not being of any help for her brother and was accused to seducing the neighbouring boys. ' Pain of a bullet is nothing compared to the pain given by humans' she thought. Her fellow members came after a few seconds but they were too late to save her.
Jane opened her eyes and found herself in a bright white place, ' Is this the afterlife?' she thought, 'Can't i just sleep and never wake up, Do i have live here too?' "Do you hate your life that much?" a voice asked. "who is this?" she asked "Don't tell me you are god." The voice laughed and said " Sorry to disappointed you but I'm no god" "then who are you?" "Do you really want to know?" "On a second note i don't wanna know, i just want to sleep, can i do that?" "I want you to live" the voice said seriously. "And do what get hurt by people, get beaten by them, take all of their selfish tantrums? "she asked getting little annoyed. " So you can show your emotions in front of someone else?" "You are not in front of me and i m not showing any emotions" "well if that's what you want to believe then i don't mind." he laughs. " What do you want from me?" she asked being tired of all this. "Like i said i want you to live" he said with a calm voice. " Don't you get it i just died i can't live again" " what if i say you can?" " I still dont wanna do that" "Let me tell you something jane" 'Wait how do you know my name?" she was too shocked that she didn't even realize that she was standing and looking for the voice. "Now are you interested in me? do you want me to show myself" "Nevermind just lets get this done with, talking with you is also a lot tiring" "How long do you wanna hide yourself jane?" "What do you even know about me for you to say that?" "I have seen your whole life" " And still you want me to live? Aren't you too cruel towards me?" "I can't tell you more but this time it will be different" "what do you mean by this time? don't tell me you are" before she could finish her sentence the voice said " I hope you enjoy your this live jane" and everything went blank. ' What is happening now? Am i dying again? I should just sleep.'
"Morana Argnous will be her name from now" A husky cold voice was heard by jane. As she opens her eyes the brightness got in her eyes because of which she couldn't see the person with that voice. "Miss just woke up" a female voice said.'Did someone called me miss?' jane thought. "You can take care of her now" said the person with the same husky voice. " Yes your highness" the female voice replied. 'what is going on here, why do i hear people talking? Wasn't i supposed to die?' "Miss are you hungry?" 'i can finally see the person with that female voice, but why is she looking down at me?' that's when jane tries to look at her hand and realises that she has been reincarnated into a child that she calls miss. 'Is this all a joke? was that guy actually telling me to live... i mean born again i guess'
It's been two weeks since jane has been incarnated into a child called Morana. And that female voice is the maid appointed to her and her name is suzy. Suzy loves to talk a lot because of which it was easy for Morana to know what is happening around her. Yes its Morana now. ' It's all that man's fault, i was supposed to die but he forced me to live again...which i never wanted and now all i can do is listen to suzy talking and telling all about my so called family which i dont get at all. At first i thought i wont be able to understand the language but it was as if i have known this language since before i was born.' "Miss did you wake up early again?" 'those pity eyes i hate it a lot but i can't do anything about it because i am not able to sleep, i get a same scary dream daily in which a black cat is staring at me and it can see through me which i don't like'. Suzy takes a good care of Morana because she loves small children and she was maid of Morana's mother. Today Suzy told morana about her mother and how she died while giving birth to her, she even cried while telling the story which made morana pity suzy for loving someone so dearly. ' She never talks about my father, i guess he is not someone to be talked about or maybe there is nothing good to talk about him' Morana thought. That's when someone pushed the door open for morana's room very loudly which startled both morana and suzy. "Young master why are you here?" scared Suzy asked and slowly making her way in front of Morana's crib blocking her view towards the door. ' what is happening? Why is suzy scared? and who is this young master?'
