Logan was standing in a room, expansive, where even he couldn't find the edge. It had the floor made of wood and thousands of bookshelves arranged as far as the eye could see.
In front of Logan stood a man with blonde hair, glasses, and a brown leather jacket covering his shoulders to his feet.
'Who is he?'
Logan wanted to see someone who was called a God, not some librarian.
The man walked over to him. A thousand-page book with a brown leather cover was in his left hand.
"How can you know almost anything about the world's secrets and not have any knowledge of me? Did you do some transmigration?"
"So, you are a god?"
"Sure!"
'Okay, fine, another nerd god!'
From the man's response, Logan figured that God could access some information from humans, but not completely. He saw how deep Logan's knowledge was but couldn't find out who Logan was.
Logan also found out that Zyltic was also known in this world. It was possible that he and the God in front of him also knew each other. And if Zyltic claimed to be the God who had created this world, then what was the role of the other gods?
Logan tried not to mention the slightest hint of Zyltic's involvement in his presence and his origins. Being low profile doesn't hurt if one wants to enjoy a comfortable life.
"It could be yes or no."
"You are quite mysterious, huh? I'm God, you know. Easy for me to find out about anything that exists in this world?"
But Logan was something that didn't exist in this world before. So, God's knowledge might be limited.
'What kind of play that stupid nerd God, the God of Calamity, was trying to do here?'
Logan wasn't interested in their affairs, Zyltic or the others. But he was curious. It turned out that their role in this world was quite significant. Logan couldn't easily ignore their presence.
Zyltic asked Logan to do something that didn't sound pleasant to him. Change the story he had made? Even though he had written the plot with such dedication and time. There was not in his mind to follow even the slightest word of that stupid God.
"Look, you don't want to tell me something. Okay, what do you want?"
"Awakening, what else?"
"Easy for me, and what grade do you have?"
Nether, God of Knowledge, glimpsed something in front of him that was invisible to anyone else.
"Wait, what? What is this?"
Nether, surprised, turned around, took a few steps, lowered his face, seemingly in thought. It took time for him to return to his senses and continue his conversation.
"Are you for some reason related to…"
"What?"
"Never mind."
Nether walked back towards Logan, no longer looking panicked.
"Okay, an SSS Class is not an easy one. I might have to discuss with the other gods to choose what is the best for you. That matches your condition depends on your mission in the future."
'Mission, Asshole! Future, Asshole!'
Logan knew well that they didn't care about humans or the world. At least, that's one role he created for God in the stories he made. God's only role was to give classes to humans and then let them do whatever they wanted.
"I have a request."
"Tell me."
"Let me choose what kind of class I want."
"How come?"
Nether looked with his eyes wide open behind his glasses.
Since Logan set foot in this world, he had intended to choose all the paths he wanted to take, including the Class he attempted to pick. From the grade alone, it guaranteed that he would get a class with enormous potential. But, an excellent class doesn't mean it matches how he will live his life. He needs the most suitable one.
"That is not possible! First, the options are too much, and second, you can't do everything as you want."
"You don't need to worry. I know exactly what kind of Class I want."
What Nether meant was the choices for classes available in this world were countless, hundreds, thousands, or even millions. However, the higher the grade, the varieties will also be lesser. There was no comprehensive manual on choosing the right class, especially for a unique one.
Most people knew that class was divided into four paths, focusing on one of the four basic stats. The manual for low-grade classes was available, but most people wanted to have something unique that only they had. And when someone manages to get one, they would be careful not to disclose the information to anyone.
"Okay. Tell me." Nether continued, still with his curious face.
Logan was trying to be strong enough, very strong. But he didn't want to take resources that Elliot might take advantage of. Okay, he was an Anti-Hero, but Logan had nothing to do with what Elliot will do in the future, as long as it didn't bother him.
Logan could easily avoid a major war that might occur in the future. He also didn't want to be careless if something he hadn't considered before happened. He had to find a class suitable for him in various conditions.
Becoming strong might be easy for him, but to become so strong that no one can threaten him was not something simple. Logan had to choose a class that allowed him to adapt his abilities to each condition or opponent he would face.
The advantage that Logan had was knowing a lot of information. Including all kinds of traits and characteristics of each character he made.
Having enough supporters to warrant future help doesn't seem like a bad idea. For that, Logan finally decided to choose the class-
"Give me the SSS Class Soul Emperor!"
