"Class Window Stalker"
[Class: D Grade Stalker Lv. 1]
[Skills]
[Shadow Blessing Lv. 1: Increase attack speed and movement speed by 5%.]
Stalker has 3 skills, each of which will be unlocked when Logan has a dexterity of 50 and 100.
"The class I have is a D-grade Stalker. The class that is perfect to use in assassination."
Alice stared in amazement at Logan's simple explanation. Although the word assassination sounds a little scary, it doesn't change the fact that her brother here seems proud of what he got.
"This class has the advantage of increased movement speed and attack speed."
"It sounds so cool, brother."
Logan smirked at Alice's statement.
They walked along the side of the street that was not as busy as before. The area that was slightly away from the city centre.
"And the specialty of this class is the ability to..."
Logan held back his explanation, turning to Alice, who had an eager face with her eyes wide open.
"Tell me, brother, what's so special about that class?"
Logan smiled and replied, "to be invisible."
Two other skills from Stalker were increasing attack damage and a particular skill that can make Logan invisible. Just like the name of the class, it carries out silent killings and is used to avoid fighting if needed.
If this class was used correctly, one could easily do a perfect assassination. Even though Logan has to wait patiently enough to get all the benefits of his class. He needs a reasonably high dexterity status to unlock all 3 skills available.
Alice halted in her tracks at Logan's last statement.
"So, brother can be invisible? I want to see it."
Logan wanted to show this ability to his beloved sister, but unfortunately, he couldn't do it yet. And actually, that skill can only be used at night.
'What a useless class.'
Of course, the D-grade class had some drawbacks, although still, if appropriately used, its power could be lethal. At least Logan had the opportunity to upgrade his class to something better.
"Later, there will be time."
Logan smiled in response to Alice's request.
They walked for quite a while until they came to a small structure with Fokil Blacksmith Workshop written on the door.
"Alice, who owns this place?"
"Fokil?"
It was the name written on the door. Of course, the owner was Fokil. But what Logan meant was, Fokil's name was not a human name but a Dwarf name. And the Dwarves were a race that was very good at creating weapons. Logan also didn't expect them to be in such a small town.
Dwarves had their own kingdom in the upper western part of the west continent. Some of them worked outside the kingdom, but not in a place as small as Deadbay.
From Ka Hyun-Su's memories, he didn't really remember the reason for the Dwarves' existence in this place. But if it really was, the Dwarf was in charge of this workshop. He was pretty lucky this time.
"Alice, do you know the surname of the owner of this place?"
Alice looked at Logan, tilted her head in thought, then shook her head.
Logan swallowed his saliva. There wasn't much information he could get from his little sister.
Logan approached the brown wooden door in front of him. Then knocked on it, hoping someone would answer.
"Who is there?"
Sure enough, someone with a deep voice immediately answered from within the room. The vocal that became the hallmark of the Dwarf race.
Logan thought about the best way to make the most of this chance. He didn't have enough money, but he needed a weapon. Maybe he could use his father's name as collateral. At least he had a pretty excellent reputation in this small town, wasn't it?
"I'm Logan Evans, the son of Sam Ev.."
Logan immediately jumped back as the wooden door in front of him suddenly opened. A man as tall as Logan's shoulders appeared. A man with blonde hair, a blond beard and a stout build.
The man jumped at Logan, pushing him down. Logan couldn't withstand the force behind the man's hand and fell. The man immediately held Logan to the ground by pushing his neck, though not strong enough to make it difficult for Logan to breathe.
"Brother…"
Alice panicked, then sat down next to Logan, grabbed his shoulder, and showed a sad face to Fokil. Someone Alice recognized as quite fierce but kind.
"Where is he? Sam?"
Fokil, holding Logan's body on the ground, prevented him from moving. Fokil's strength value was relatively high, causing Logan to lose his force to fight back.
"He needs to pay me for the work that I had done for him!!!!"
'WTF Dad!'
Just when Logan expected that bringing up his father's name would give him some benefits, he soon became the target of someone's anger because of something stupid his father did.
Fokil looked at Logan with his tiny eyes and then stretched his grip. Then he let go of him and stood up.
"Who are you?"
Logan felt strange at Fokil's sudden change in behaviour. Then tried to guess what was going on. If it was related to Logan's classes, a Dwarf could learn that fact. Some of them have a class to dig out more details about an item or personal information.
"Logan Evans"
Alice helped Logan to his feet, brushing the dust off his older brother's pants. A few tears flowed from her eyes.
"What do you want?"
"I need you to help me with some entry tier weapon."
Logan tried to confirm in advance about his guess. He would try to act as normal as possible for the time being.
"Come with me!"
The old dwarf glanced at Logan sharply with both eyes, then turned and stepped into his workshop.
Fokil entered the room. Logan and Alice followed closely behind.
What greeted them was a room whose walls were covered with traces of ash. There were anvils and a furnace on one side, and dozens of weapons hung sloppily on the room's walls.
Logan wrinkled his nose as the potent smell of alcohol wafted into his nostrils.
Fokil walked to the corner of the room and sat on a wooden chair. Giving a gesture, he allowed the brother and sister to sit in the same place.
With a brief question, Logan followed and sat down. Then he looked at the Dwarf and waited for his response.
"How come you got 2 classes there?"
Logan was about to smile, but held it in. As expected, the man in front of him knew about the 2 classes he had. It shouldn't have been so easy for him to let Logan in, after learning of his seemingly poor relationship with Sam, if not for his dual classes.
For this reason, Logan originally wanted to know the surname of the Dwarf. Knowing that information could help him understand what kind of class and ability he might pose.
Some Dwarves from certain families were also famous for the quality of their weapons, which were better than others.
'Does bringing Alice along with me really increase my luck? Looks like I should bring her out more often.'
