Chapter 5 - The World of Magic!

Zorawar jerked his body, trying to be free of the vines covering his body.

"You think you can escape us! You have only seen the Yaksha's powers, now its time for you to give answers. Bring the Royal Queen!" one of the Yaksha soldier yelled.

"Queen Leelawati! Our Yakshini Goddess, Devi Kuveni! She is now arriving in the courtroom," a stout Yaksha soldier announced.

Vroom tried to speak, but he couldn't due to the vines who were wrapped around his neck.

Zorawar stretched his muscles and the vines erupted into pieces and he landed onto the floor.

He clicked a few buttons on his gauntlet and ts core emitted a bright blue light. Zorawar scanned the place, and clicked another button. His gauntlet scattered and a green timer bomb popped up. He grabbed it in his palm and threw it toward the Yakshas. The Yaksha Queen, Kuveni didn't speak either. She was bewildered. The bomb exploded and emitted white smoke. The Yaksha soldiers didn't move, instead they started to cover their mouths. They thought it would be poisonous for them. Zorawar clicked another button and a spaceship paced toward them. The spaceship hovered above them. "Set me free! Please? Zorawar?" Vroom mumbled, his eyes were bulging.

Zorawar clicked a button and the spaceship's core emitted a blue ray of light which pulled them into the spaceship. The vines cracked and shattered into fragments of tiny dust.

The spaceship raced toward the entrance and smashed the doors open. The doors collided on to the floor.

Rudra woke up and realized he was sleeping in the middle of the street. His eyes were blurry, but he could see the trees around him which were burnt to ashes. Rudra could discern a van was racing toward him. He closed his eyes and raised his hands to protect himself. The van halted in front of him. He blinked and opened his eyes steadily. "W-Who are you? What do you want from me?" Rudra screamed. Four men jumped down from the van, they walked toward him. A youthful women stopped in front of him, she glanced at him for a while. Rudra gulped and then he gazed at her.

He didn't believe whether he was dreaming or it was happening for real. "I'm Roohi. Roohi Singhania," the women said.

She had bright light-colored brown eyes and full lips. She wore relaxed yet edgy clothing that complimented her curvy figure. She was wearing her mother's stone necklace, a Singhania family crest necklace, and earrings.

"Hi! I'm Professor Aarav Suryavanshi. I would like to talk to you in private," a tall man said, who stood next to her.

Aarav was handsome, 6 feet in height, with an athletic build. A charming man with brown hair, in a short haircut that was gelled on the top of his head and has blue eyes. He wore casual clothing, T-shirts, button downs, jackets, jeans, etc. He appeared to be between the age of 35-40.

"Oh, hey man! I'm Mayur. Mayur Gujjar," a boy next to them said. He wore a standard school uniform. He had dark brown eyes and dark brown hair.

"Uh! By the way, I'm Karan. And, Mayur's my brother," said Karan.

He had a tall stature and a medium sized build, usually wore dark colored clothing. He had brown eyes and long black hair, but was usually put up in a ponytail.

Rudra tried to stand up.

"Roohi. Do your thing. W-Wait! I have to tell this gentleman something before that…," Professor Suryavanshi said.

"We found someone. Your friend, Bunty. We have kept him safe. He's with us now."

Professor walked past him and opened the van's backdoor. Rudra rushed toward it. Bunty was lying on his back, his body and clothes soaked with blood. He was lying like a baby in a fetus.

"What happened to him? He was coming with me to Vishnu Prakash. He told me he was on his way and...? What happened? Please tell me something?" Rudra insisted.

"Well, he killed a few people. I mean slaughtered them and ripped their body parts and all. It was a freaking dangerous sight. It was like we were in a Horror movie," Mayur said.

Rudra couldn't believe what he had just heard.

"No! It can't be him. He is not a killer. He's a nice guy. He's like a brother to me. We're brothers."

"I'm sorry to tell you that he did kill all the people on the bus. They are all dead. And, I know your friend is not a killer. He was just not in a good state," said Professor Suryavanshi.

"How? How a-and why did he do that?" Rudra asked.

"Because, he's a Narbhediya," Professor Suryavanshi said.

"A what?"

"A Narbhediya is usually more like a werewolf. But we call them Icchadharis. They're wish-wolves who transform from their human form to their original wolf form. We at Chakravyuh Institute of Mystics protect and train supernatural beings. I'm a Dakini which means a witch…," Roohi said.

"What the—? Werewolves? Werewolves are real?" Rudra asked.

"I think he knows enough. Do it, Roohi!" the Professor yelled.

"Do what?" Rudra screamed.

Roohi walked past them and glanced at Rudra. "Purnatvam Nidraasan!"

Rudra felt dizzy and his eyes shut closed. He slammed onto the floor like a statue of rock.

"We are done here. Now, open the portal so we can go back home," the Professor mumbled.

Roohi stepped forward and chanted a mantra, "Kutrachit Prapti Pramkamya!"A greenish slimy portal opened and they stepped inside it. The Professor drove the van inside it and they vanished. The portal disappeared with a loud pop. The kids and the professor had reached the institute. It was the Bhangarh Fort built in the Rajasthan state of India. Professor Suryavanshi gave her a look and then nodded. Roohi understood his indication and whispered, "Guptmarg Prapti Pramkamya!"

As she chanted the mantra the doors swung open and the environment had totally changed. It was like they had travelled through time or alternate reality. It was a hidden dimension. It was not the Bhangarh palace, it was the Chakravyuh Institute of Mystics located in Rajgarh, Rajastan.
