On seeing her, everybody stopped what they were doing for a moment, the place went quiet. Sophia rolled her eyes at the scene, while Bree smirked at it. The both of them ignored the eyes that were locked on Bree like she was a celebrity and they walked to the chief of the region.
"My partner came in late today, but this is her". Sophia said to him as she gestured to Bree.
Mr chief gave Bree a once-over before taking her outstretched hand into his. He noted the size of her fingers; slim, bony and extremely long fingers which were surprisingly chilly.
"I'm Bree Vaughn," she said.
Mr chief grinned at her for a moment, lost in her smile, although he could not see her eyes because she was wearing a pair of sunshades, but he didn't mind, though the sunglasses covered her eyes, the rest of her face was left disclosed, she was beautiful.
"I'm Seth Coles, the chief of this district" He said as he brought her hand to his lips and kissed the back of her hand.
