(The story of Eiji before entering the Dimension Labyrinth)
Arata Eiji is a name given to him by his father, the name has a very strong and beautiful meaning. Arata is a surname belonging to his family which means new or authoritative, and Eiji is a name that means immortality. The father gave the name to his son because he hoped that the son when he grew up would become someone who has eternal authority and never dies. That is the origin of the name used by Eiji now, Arata Eiji.
Eiji was born in autumn in Kaneyama City, Tohoku region, Mogami District located in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. He also lives with his parents and his younger brother, Takuya. They have an age difference of only three years.
Eiji's loving nature makes him and Takuya never get involved in a big fight, they rarely fight at all, unlike most brothers and sisters who always fight over small things to get them into trouble which eventually escalates into a problem. the big one. They are not like that, because Eiji as an older brother always relents and puts Takuya the younger brother first compared to himself.
Eiji is a good and smart child, he is easy to get along with his peers. He is also very polite to the elders around him. Eiji is a handsome man with a face of Japanese-Italian mulatto, he is a boy who is admired a lot because of his beautiful blue eyes, and because of that many people like Eiji and want to be friends with him.
Apart from that, Eiji is also a person that his friends can rely on, with evidence that currently he has answered being class president twice in the first year and also the second year in the Hachi-nensei class or the eighth grade. He currently attends Murayama Shiritsu Tateoka Junior High School.
Murayama Shiritsu Tateoka Junior High School is a junior high school located quite far from where Eiji and his childhood friend Shuta live. Because Murayama Shiritsu Tateoka Junior High School, located at 11-3Tateokakashintakada, Murayama City, Yamagata Prefecture. This makes Eiji and Shuta have to travel a distance of 44 KM away to get to their school. Luckily, the facilities from the Japanese government always put students first.
They will first take a bus from their city, Kaneyama City to Shinjo Eki mae which can take about 22 minutes, and after that, they will take a train from Shinjo station to Murayama station which at that time takes about an hour, then both of them will walk a bit to get to the school and it only takes about thirteen minutes to get to the gateMurayama Shiritsu Tateoka.
Eiji and Shuta had already calculated everything before they decided to attend the school, they would leave the house at 6.15 am to walk to the bus stop. They will depart from Kaneyama city by bus at 6.20 and they will arrive at Shinjo Eki Mae station at 6.42. after that, they would buy train tickets at Shinjo station and wait about 18 minutes to finally board the train to Murayama station. The two of them would arrive at their designated station at 8 am, which would give them an hour from there to get to school. During that hour, they would use it to buy bread or onigiri for breakfast and walk leisurely until the two of them finally arrivedMurayama Shiritsu Tateoka Junior High School.
Even though it sounded very tiring, Eiji and Shuta enjoyed the trip by talking together, discussing some anime characters, rereading some subjects, discussing homework that they found difficult, and so on. They feel happy because they can spend time with useful things like that and enjoy school time very beautifully.
…
"Oi, Eiji!" a call that sounded in the ears of Eiji who was walking down the halls at that time finally made him turn his head to look at the two boys who were now running towards him with a panicked expression on his face.
"Hey! Don't run down the hall!" reprimanded one of the teachers who emerged from the classroom that the two of them were passing by, hearing the reprimand from the teacher, made the two boys apologize as soon as possible and walked over to Eiji with their fast footsteps, seeing both of them being reprimanded made Eiji smile holding back his laughter.
They were currently walking like they were in a fast-paced race and it looked really funny when you saw the two of them from the perspective of Eiji and the others who were turning their heads to see the behavior of the two children. And the two of them ended up in front of Eiji who was now chuckling in his place, "What's wrong, Shuta, Jiro-Kun??" Eiji asked the two of them, making them both stare at each other.
Eiji's gaze is now on Shuta and then turns to Jiro before finally Eiji's gaze returns to Shuta who now takes out and shows his notebook which is now crossed out in red ink which then presents the number 40 in the answer sheet.
"Help us …." Shuta said to Eiji pitifully, his face was so sad showing the results of the daily exam he got.
Seeing that made Eiji's eyes turn to Jiro, "Is that too, Jiro-Kun?" Eiji asked Jiro who was now frowning in front of him and nodding his head.
"Even though I stayed up all night to study the formulation of the problem, but…. I still can't understand it," explained Jiro to Eiji, and it was clear to Eiji that Jiro was very weak compared to Shuta, which made Eiji one hundred percent sure that Jiro must have scored lower than Shuta's score. This made Eiji take a deep breath and then nodded in response.
"Okay, after school I will teach you about the formula… I hope you will pass in the next remedial!" Eiji said as he turned and left from there. Hearing these words made Shuta and Jiro smile happily and immediately keep pace with Eiji's steps, Shuta even embraced his friend's shoulder happily.
"Thank you, Eiji-Chan!" Jiro said to him Eiji who is now just laughing while nodding his head, the three of them walked towards the school cafeteria together.
