Pallavi had done the pooja and sent Meher again in her room with lili when karan shouted "Baraat has come!!" And all started going towards the large gate and Lili and Meher who were in her room went towards the window and they pulled away some part of curtain and peeked through it.
(Pooja- a kind of prayer for well beings.
Baraat- The groom and all his relatives and friends come to bride's house. In earlier times groom came while sitting on mare but nowadays they come in decorated cars.)
"Wow di....Rolls Royce huh?!!"Lili said as there were so many cars and in front was the One and Only ROLLS-ROYCE and point to be noted....all the cars were black!
"Jiju turned out to be full royal...huh!!" She added and lili slapped on ber head and they both looked back again at the cars.
And there came out the Most waited person of all.. Rishab was wearing the white coloured outfit with red scarf settled around him perfectly. And he suddenly looked up and his eyes fell on his Meher and smirked and she immediately closed the curtains.
"Saved!! Yrrr these rituals!!"Lili said while closing the curtains fully so that the couple dont get a glimpse of eachother before Lavaan.
(Lavaan or phere - when couple walk around the Holy Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji in Punjab and four rounds. They are called lavaan/phere)
And down there pallavi was doing pooja of Rishab and after that all entered in while dancing and the beats of the drum was making it more joyful.
And after the Holy Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj had arrived and all the preparations were done, the sage asked them to call the bride and Meher entered the hall with the loud beats of drums and karan and her three cousin brothers who were holding the floral umbrella type above her head as they come in front of the Holy Book.
Rishab was not able to take his eyes off even when Meher was under the veil as she sometimes laugh when her brother would spit out a lame joke. Some tears were threatening to fall off his eyes but he controlled.
Finally God had showered me with so much meher that this Meher came into my life. He thought while adoring his dream girl in front of his eyes. And soon the pheras started.
And after the Lavaan which took not more than thirty minutes ended and all started going out to eat when Rishab was not able to find his shoes.
"Are you looking for them jiju??"Suddenly Seher asked and Rishab looked at her who was holding his shoes in her hands with his other sali's behind her.
"Oh no no not like this, we want our cash first!"Lili stated when Rishab went to take his shoes from them.
"No card only cash!!"The other cousin said when he was about to take his card out.
"Fine!!"Rishab said Meher who stood beside him chuckled as he took two bundles of cash and handed them and they all started checking.
"My shoes?"he asked them as they didn't returned his shoes back.
"Ohh yeah yeah here!!"Seher placed his shoes in front of him and all laughed and went out to eat and after some time photoshoot was there. The photographer clicked every pose the couple do and them turned out awesome.
And Meher forced Lili and Shiyi to get some pics and they did but Lili blushed all the time. (The upper poses..i liked them..now imagine our leads in them.)
And after came in and the couple was made stand on a particular higher place and then they did the varmala, vermilion and Mangalsutra.
(varmala- exchanging garlands.
Vermillion- groom puts a special red powder on bride's head in the partition.
Mangalsutra- groom tie a necklace around bride's neck)
During varmala, karan and his other brothers picked up Meher on their shoulders so that Rishab cannot put it on her but his brothers also picked him up and he quickly placed it around her and it ended up turning a memorable moment for them.
And when Rishab put vermillion on her head,it fell on her nose which is considered to be lucky and after that they were made sit on the couches and there was a screen in front of them with a projector at end of the hall.
All were confused but when Karan started the video all shouted realising it's the pre wedding video.
During watching this Rishab held Meher's hand and they both smiled at each other while lili adored them and Shiyi who was sitting with her looked at her who was smiling at the couple. He looked at her and then at the couple again.
Something went in his head and he just stared at Lili for some time and looked at the screen again getting his thoughts out of his mind.
And then came the couple dance after which all danced together.
And Lili, seher and one more cousin did a dance together.
