"The Liar Of Love"
Jayke and Carla were now sitting on the sofa facing each other. Both of them are now thinking about the best way out to face the problems that are now in front of them.
"So, what's your plan now?" asked Carla who started their conversation after a long silence between them.
Jayke tapped his fingers, it was clear he was thinking deeply about what was going on in his head right now.
"I'll be him," Jayke whispered confidently with his hand pointing at Nial who was lying unconscious.
"Are you sure? You don't know the people around you, do you?" Carla softly reminded him.
Carla did say the right thing, that she was being rational and not making it up, but if Jayke didn't go that way it didn't mean he couldn't do it, right?
For him, there are still many ways he must do. This is Jayke's current view.
Jayke took a deep breath, and let it out slowly.
"I know you're right, but I believe that I can do it, can't you believe me? I just need one person to support me," Jayke whispered to Carla, who looked serious this time as he grabbed the girl's hand.
Carla looked closely at Jayke's face. This was the first time she saw a determined Jayke, unlike his usual self.
"Okay, I'll support you," Carla said to Jayke.
Soon Jayke immediately pulled Carla's hand into his embrace.
Carla was silent for a moment, her heartbeat begin hard to control. Several times she seemed to hold her breath.
"Ja..-Jayke," Carla whispered softly.
Jayke, who realized that Carla was starting to feel a little uncomfortable with him, finally started to let go of his embrace.
"Thank you, Carla," said Jayke who this time was looking at Carla's face.
Carla gave a low nod in response.
"All right, then I'll take you home tonight first, and tomorrow we'll start the plan, and can you spare some time tomorrow to discuss it with me?" Jayke asked Carla.
Carla didn't immediately answer Jayke's question, she just thought carefully about the right answer for the young man in front of her.
"I think I'd better go home alone tonight because judging from the situation now it would be better like that, and for talk about discussions I agreed to meet tomorrow," Carla said wisely.
"But it's getting late, so I'd better take you home," said Jayke who wanted Carla to be safe in his care.
Carla smiled at Jayke, for some reason she seemed to understand Jayke's best friend's way of thinking.
"Don't worry, I'll be fine. Besides, I was using my private car."
This time Jayke couldn't dodge it. Carla's eyes looking at him had clearly said that which seemed to be asking Jayke to understand her.
"Okay, tomorrow I'll call you," Jayke finally said, not wanting to have a long argument with Carla, the girl who was important to him right now.
Carla just nodded her head at Jayke.
Shortly after, Jayke drove Carla out of the hospital. Of course, both Jayke and Carla wore looks when they arrived at the hospital, so as not to show off a flashy appearance.
"Careful, I'll call you," Jayke said to Carla which was answered with a low hum from the girl.
.
.
Jayke, who is now back in Nial's room, occasionally looks at Nial who is still unconscious. Not wanting to waste time, Jayke quickly took his laptop which he thought could help him, as well as looked for a way out for him, not to mention finding the right plan for the show that he would use to find out who the real enemy of his father was, or his twin.
Is it true that the enemy exists because of the company's success? Or there is another motive that he does not know.
Jayke stretched his fingers for a moment before starting his journey that might steal a long time.
"I have to keep it simple."
That sentence became a motivation for Jayke so that he felt that the problem he was facing was an easy thing.
'What's the motive? When did they start their plan? Which mastermind is most likely to profit from crippling Daddy and Nial? Where does this problem start? How did all this happen?'
Jayke with all the thoughts that kept running through his head. If it wasn't about his own family, then it's certain that Jayke chose to be alone and away from things that would cause problems, it's just that unfortunately all the problems that occur are all around him and he can't avoid them in the slightest.
The young man took a deep breath and exhaled slowly.
"I have to read articles from Nial that have always been in various magazines, that way I can find out who the partners have been working with," Jayke said confidently.
'Couldn't you wake up for a second so you can guide me where to start Nial?'
He felt a little regret when he remembered Nial trying to persuade him to join the company. If only he had entered the company sooner, wouldn't he have been able to easily identify the workings of the company and identify the mastermind more quickly?
Despite that, of course, if he entered quickly then that meant he couldn't trick the real mastermind.
It would definitely be a detriment to the movement for Jayke himself!
'I just found out you have a decent profile, I didn't know at all if Daddy's company had progressed rapidly in your hands Nial.'
Jayke is currently paying close attention to the articles that are currently in front of him.
'Should I start from this company? Isn't this company the one that has close cooperation, so if the N Group decides to cooperate, it will have an impact on both of them, right? Surely, they will suffer the biggest losses because it is the N Group that invests the most?' Jayke's monologue was in his heart trying to understand a company he had never touched.
It's not that Jayke doesn't understand at all how the company works, it's just that he prefers other fields, and thinks he's calmer sometimes, or maybe vice versa at the same time.
'There's nothing wrong with me trying from here first, and taking the other data from inside the company I think it's better.'
