In a certain duplex in Uptown Washington, with a classy exterior, with a warm and homely interior, there are seven rooms and eight bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms on the second floor, you can see a young man of about five feet eight inches. He looked to be around fifteen years of age. Of course, this is Avol who has continued to grow steadily.
It's been three years since Avol started Middle school and he is currently preparing for school. It's just a few days before graduation and they have been preparing for it and it was expected to be quite grand.
Avol has also grown both intellectually and bodily. His muscles have increased in mass in accordance to his height, so he still has his lean physique.
During the past years, he has left his hair to grow a bit and now he ties it in a low ponytail. This is due to Gabi and Bella telling him to keep it.
In the past three years, Avol has been diligent with both his training and learning. At the moment, he is the person with the best scores in the ninth grade followed by Gabi and Bella. This is both due to his hard work as well as his superior intelligence.
In his first year, although he struggled a bit to adjust since it was his first time learning with so many people, he quickly adjusted after a month or two. He was also quite silent in class to the point that if he wasn't sitting between two troublemakers, he probably wouldn't be noticed at all. This was due to both his training as well as him being extremely attentive. It was almost like he was grasping every detail during a class like a predator concentrates when hunting prey.
Also in the first year, they were allowed to take extra courses such as coding, botany, catering craft, etc. He decided to take both coding and catering. He took coding because the idea of having an AI and also being able to make games and applications was quite appealing to him. As for catering, he chose it in preparation for his mother being out of commission due to her pregnancy. He wanted to reduce her workload.
A few months into his first year in middle school, his mother became quite indisposed and things became quite chaotic. First of all, they had to increase the number of guards around the house due to his mother being vulnerable because of the pregnancy. Also, he had to take care of the house, as his mother had begun to develop a lot of mood swings and cravings, which he wasn't quite capable of in an orderly manner, so his father hired some maids. Unknown to them, one of them was sent as an assassin by one of their business rivals, to either cause havoc in their family or at least cause a miscarriage. But if there was an opportunity, she was to go for the kill. Although, the Assassin was caught, she left the Lancaster family quite disoriented. Due to the culprit committing suicide before they could investigate, they couldn't find the culprit. Avol decided to put it in the back of his mind for investigation at another time, and decided to continue to take care of his mother personally. Because of the incident, all the maids that were recently hired were interrogated. Because of the method of interrogation, most of the hired maids immediately quit their jobs due to fear, leaving only one person who was willing to continue as she didn't really have anyone or anything to fall back on. Her name was Mary, a lady who looked to be in her mid-twenties and she was quite the looker.
After a month, Ariana gave birth to a girl with silver hair and blue eyes whom she named Katherine. She was the definition of a bundle of joy, as after her first few cries, she could be mainly seen smiling or laughing. Mary later pledged allegiance to protect her and could be seen shadowing her around the Lancaster compound from time to time. She was entrusted with this position as after she was investigated, it was found out that she worked as special forces for a few years, but of let off for disobeying orders and choosing her comrades over the mission.
In second year, Avol, who performed the best among his peers, was given another opportunity to choose another extra course since it wouldn't affect his grades much. For this slot, he chose botany and when he was asked, he answered with a 'just because'. But the truth was that he wanted to study plants and be able to identify the ones that could be used as poison and the ones that could be helpful to the human body. For the first part, it was because plant poison could come in handy in a tight situation and as for the latter, he wanted to always bring something nice home for his mother and sister and also to give Gabi and Bella. Nothing major happened in this year except him introducing the twins to his family members where they and Annabeth 'officially' met. Like this, Avol continued to live peaceful with his friends and family.
In the third year, Avol resumed his combat training, both for weapons and for unarmed combat. He grew leaps and bounds as he had hit puberty and all that testosterone flowing through his body was channeled correctly for further physical development. On top of that, he experienced something like an increase in IQ, but in truth, it was just his mind that was clearing up and him removing some mental limits. Also, in this year, he asked both Gabi and Bella out. The day he did so, he was quite shocked at the answer he got.
It was a Saturday, and like any other weekend, Avol would meet up with the twins unless he had something very important to do. Over the years, these two have been his only friends with others who tried to befriend him being kept at arm's length by him. Both boys and girls. At most, he only made them acquaintances just to keep up an act. He didn't want the girls to be taken advantage of, especially Gabi. She was quite the airhead sometimes.
The day before, he bought a matching pair of bracelets, one purple and the other, red. According to their favorite colors which unsurprisingly didn't change over the years. Today he was going to ask them out.
Although he was quite nervous, he didn't let it put him down and determined that he would accept whatever answer he would receive like a man, no matter what. After all, he was training to be the ultimate Chad. If he couldn't handle rejection at his age, he couldn't really become one, right?
When he arrived at the park, he saw Gabi and Bella sitting at the park bench. The very one he sat at when he came to the park for the first time all those years ago.
They were both wearing their favorite colors and they seemed to be discussing about something funny, seeing as they were giggling, well cackling in Gabi's case. She tended to let loose whenever she was alone with Bella.
Over the years, the twins had grown into very fine young ladies. Gabi was the one who seemed to hit puberty first and she developed more in the boobs area while her butt was of moderate size. Bella however grew in the butt area but with her boobs also being of moderate size. You could say that they were to side of a coin. They both were very beautiful and since they were training with Annabeth all this time, they maintained a very nice figure.
He walked up to them. They exchanged their 'HIs' and 'Hellos' and then engaged in some random topics before Avol decided that it was time to do the deed.
Avol got up and stood before them with a smile before he spoke.
"Gabriella and Isabell. It's been about eight years since we got to know each other and in these eight years, you two have been the closest to me besides my parents. I don't know if I can take it seeing any of you with another guy. I just wanna say that I like both of you and want you two to be my girlfriends. It might be quite strange as polygamy isn't really a thing in this country, but the truth is that I like both of you and can't afford to choose one of you over the other as it will hurt me as much as it hurts you. I want you two to continue to stay at my side for as long as possible. I don't know what this relationship might lead to, but I don't want to be separate from you anymore. So please, will the both of you be my girlfriends."
Avol waited for the answer but what he heard next was quite shocking.
"You see, Gabi. I told you that he would ask the both of us out at once instead of separately. Now pay up, I won this round."
Gabriella just groaned and replied.
"Alright! You win. I won this round but I'll be sure to win the next round. Here you go. $100 in cash."
Avol, who was quite confused then asked.
"What are you two talking about? What bet?"
Isabella just answered him casually.
"Oh. We knew that you were going to ask both of us out so we made a bet whether you would do it at once or separately. I was of the notion that you'd do it at once while sis here thought you'd do it separately. And as you can see, I won."
Avol then asked for his answer. This time it was Gabriella that answered.
"Of course, we'd go out with you. We also liked you for the longest time but we were waiting for you to ask us out. Well, if you had waited till tenth grade Bella here might have kissed you forcefully and commanded you to ask here out. She's quite wild, you know." She said this while she wrapped her arms around his neck while glancing at Isabella.
Isabella, hearing her sister rat her out, blushed quite bashfully while putting her face in her hands and ran away embarrassed.
Avol, while being held by Gabriella, put his arms around her waist and he felt her toned muscles. He then asked.
"Hmm. It seems like you work out quite a lot."
Gabriella hearing him just answered.
"Well, we've been training with Big Sis Annabeth for the last eight years, so of course we'd be quite toned."
Avol had already introduced the twins to his family members, so Annabeth and the twins had officially met. But hearing her state the amount of time they trained with Annabeth left a few question marks in his head.
"Hmm? Eight years? Both you've only met her for like two though."
It was then that Gabi told him how she and Bella had been actually adopted by Annabeth, who trained them and informed them about the hidden corps and although they were still in training, they had a lot of field experience.
After she finished her story, she then surprised him with a chaste kiss before backing away like a vixen and saying.
"Well, I've gotten the first kiss so I guess I've won this round. Right Bella?"
She seemingly asked while looking at a certain tree close by before Bella showed up from behind it.
"Hmph. Don't get carried away. I only allowed you to get the first kiss because I'm quite benevolent."
And like that, Gabi continued to tease Bella while Avol watched them go back and forth before the game surprisingly turned into tag where the twins were able to keep up with Avol in terms of speed, but certainly not endurance.
Like this their day ended, with each twin giving a kiss to Avol before going home. Avol in his mind though was thinking "Ah!! What a beautiful day it is" as he felt like the happiest man alive.
