Three classes later and not another word from the other voice in her head and Iona is free to go have lunch. She walks over to where she can see Jesse sitting at a table with some other guys. Seeing her he quickly runs over to meet her. He walks her over to his table and she sits through a rather uncomfortable set of introductions. The poor boys don't really interact with the girls who have stared at the school. The boys and the girls all still adjusting to having each other around. Iona finds it strange that they're still so shy around the girls. Like they're not sure what's okay and what's not.
Some boys however are clearly not as shy, and that's somehow worse.
"Hey, Gorgeous." Case in point. I'm sorry my dear reader but some things cannot excuse the nature of certain humans. A certain human named, Kelvin is today's example.
